Q: How can i fix the fall apart tight area after i accidentally loosen it all the way,and it doesnt turn on anymore?

Unplug the machine and tighten it back. Mine came off and I adjusted the pad and tighten the screw knob. It has been working well every since.

Q: Can you do 10 oz enamel cups?

You can try since they are smaller than 11oz and you can do them

Q: Can I use this with 15 oz mugs?

No, only 11 and 12oz mugs... it might be possible to purchase a 15oz mug mold for the machine but as is it won't accommodate that size.
