Smiphee Top Piece Lost Replacement Part for 4000mAh iPhone 6 6s Battery Case (Only Top Part, Case not Included) (Black)

I had to buy this replacement because the first top that I got with the case fell off within the first two weeks. I can already tell that my experience with the replacements will be the same. If you open and close the top piece more than a handful of times, it gets very loose and then bye bye top piece! These tops need much stronger magnets and/or stronger grooves where it clips in on the sides so that it can withstand the use over time.

Product was poorly designed and so was the process to address with issue with them and receive a response to a request for a refund. Also, initial Amazon customer service rep that I contacted for help did not do as she said she would which required several other emails, a phone a discussion with a manager. Who was gracious enough to listen my issue both with the manufacturer and process to request and receive a refund. Keep in mind this was for a item that was less than $30 bucks however principal plays out and the manager understood. So conclusion, Smiphee BAD, Amazon BETTER

Just like the original, so it won't fix design issues but will if your got broken or widened or weaked.Update - I dropped my phone again. The top piece appears to take the brunt of the impact and will probably be rendered unuseable if so. So I ordered another set of two.

Replacement top for battery. Definitely buy the one piece auxiliary battery instead of this one.

I bought these top pieces to replace the original that slipped off within a few days.I ordered the replacement top that came with two. Now I know why. After a few weeks the tiny clips that are supposed to keep them in place both have broken off and rendered them useless.

The battery case was the best investment I ever made, these replacement tops were the second best!

There is no reason for this piece to constantly be falling off. It’s an insult to have to pay for another piece. Poorly designed

I wasn’t thrilled to have to buy these replacement tops, but I got over it and bought them for the sake of continuing use of the battery case. I’m glad this was a two pack, because the first replacement top broke into two pieces on day one! Not ideal.
