Challenging but Satisfying
My partner and I are only 3 scenarios into the available 17 and we've had multiple playthrough's trying to solve the mechanics. Enjoying every step of the way.

Game might have potential as it goes on......
The premise of the game is very unique and fresh, at least to me. I've never played a game quite like this and I play A LOT of games! You are your group of medical professionals are trying to keep a 60 year old - Billy Kerr alive after a major Heart attack. It doesn't look good for Billy and apparently, there is a lot to learn about him before his demise. The instruction booklet leaves a little to be desired. It's too short and has gaping holes that will ultimately lead to questions. The first step should be to watch the online video from "Watch it Played". This gives a quick and fairly easy explanation as to how the game works. The instruction booklet is more of a supplement. The other thing to realize is that this game is technically a "legacy" game which for those of you that are not avid game players, means that it is actually a 10 game commitment that you and your buddies need to make. The payoff is not immediate and the story starts to slowly unfold after several sessions. Unfortunately, the first gaming session is very slow and mechanical. It is really just designed to get the players acquainted with the game mechanics. Even though I understand why the creator did this, you might quickly lose interest before the game truly begins. My group had several questions that had us searching the internet during play. This served to create more disinterest and made the game drag on.By the second session, we seemed to have the idea of manipulating the pieces in such a way as to create a positive outcome. This is a resource management game and is like a puzzle that you are all trying to solve. We won the second game way too easily though and this can be attributed to the fact that there is a great deal of luck involved. Success or failure is dependent on the order in which cards are drawn from the various decks and even the best planning can lead to a loss if the cards don't go your way.Personally, I am intrigued and want to "hear" more of the story, but I think that I lost my colleagues. I will have to start again with a new group that hopefully wants to play through it as much as I do. I can see that the changing objective leads to different approaches and will keep the game as interesting as possible. The quality of the materials in top-rate and I do think that the game has merit as a "novel". I'm just not sure that it is for everyone and until I have the opportunity to play through it completely, I have to rate it at three stars for now. Let me know if you get further and have better things to say!

Interesting Game
We liked playing this game. It is a cooperative game where you work together with the other players in order to win. I have always enjoyed these types of games. I call them my nerdy board games since it is not a standard game like Monopoly or something. You do need to take some time to read over the setup and how to play your turn, but that is like any of these type of games. I especially like this game because it is healthcare related and done pretty well so as a nurse in real life, this was fun.
