The nylon wheels are made in a 2 piece mold, which weren't completely roundly centered. I'm sure it will work fine. My forty-four year old steel garage door rollers show now wear or rust. I'll cut one apart to look there. These nylon rollers does make less noise, buy my noise complaint must be from the door opener's chain. I'm also looking at changing the opener's top bushing with a ball bearing; this change will make it through the next owners life. Sorry, you garage door companies will have to find another new opportunity.

Very Satisfied
The rollers came quickly, were in good shape when they arrived and were easy to install. I replaced the rollers on two garage doors. On one the sound reduction was noticeable. On the other door, any noise reduction was drowned out by the sound of the garage door opener - not the fault of the rollers.
