I love this flatiron. I use it to tame the baby hairs that nothing but a flat iron will keep from getting curly.A note regarding the USB cable. The port is under a lip. As a result, a lot of standard mini USB chargers won't fit this flat iron. The one included works of course. Just be aware in case you're hoping to use just any old one. I have several and found that only one of mine separate from the one included fit. You can see it the attached pictures. Docking one star for this. In case your cable stops working or you lose it, finding a working replacement might be challenging.Otherwise, it works well for what I wanted. I have longer thicker hair and it definitely doesn't work for overall straightening. The plates are too small and they can't stay heated to handle that much hair. If you have very short hair or this is for small areas then you'll love it.

I received mine on Saturday. I have charged it for 12 plus hours yet the light continues to blink red as if it still not charged. I am pretty sure it is defective and I am not at all happy that I have wasted my money only to receive a product that will not work as expected. I read it needs to be FULLY charged prior to first use, but it doesn't seem to want to charge. I'm so sad because I saw all of the positive reviews and was excited to use this for touch ups at work.**UPDATE** I just wanted to update this review by saying the customer service I recevived after posting this comment about the defective straightener was incredible. I immediately received an email from the seller apologizing and offering to send a new product or provide a full refund. I opted for the replacement straightener and the new one works perfectly. It fully charged in about 3 hours and is still working on the initial charge. I have only used it for touch ups (since that is its intended purpose) and I could not be happier. Clearly the first iron I received was just a defective product(hey it happens), no fault of the seller and their willingness to immediately rectify the situation with a replacement was greatly appreciated. I have changed my rating to 5 stars and would totally recommend purchasing this flat iron.

I absolutely loved the look of this straightener (came with a storage bag and a in really nice package) but just a warning that it really doesn't hold that much of a charge. I have pretty thin, flat hair as it is and this barely does anything. It's good for maybe bangs and some small touchups but not to actually straighten everything.

I bought this cordless straightening iron to use primarily when camping for hairline touch ups. I set it to the 356 degree setting and it came up to temp quite fast and seemed to maintain it's heat well. It feels very well made and sturdy. It has three heat settings and a locking lever to keep the plates together when it's not in use. The device can not be turned on with the plates in the locked together position which I appreciate. As long as you're not expecting miracles or trying to do a full head of hair from scratch you should be pretty happy with this cordless flat iron for simple touch ups and light smoothing. I will test it over the summer on camping trips to see how it does over time as well.

I had previously put in a review about this iron, after using it twice. However, I went back to charge it and to my disappointment it no longer wants to charge. I tried to return it or at least exchange it... but of course... the 30 days already expired , how annoying! Save yourself your time and money , it’s junk !April 12 update .... so I guess customer service read my negative review because all of a sudden I received a brand new iron and a letter saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and therefore were sending me a new iron , I’ve been using it and so far so good , I guess the other one was defective? But now the five stars is for customer service and the fact that they sent me a new one even after the return date expired. Bravo customer service , happy client !PS U must charge it well for it to last , again I don’t flatten my whole hair just some crinkly areas and my bangs and it works super!

I really like that you can bring it everywhere because its small, but the part that heats up is too small and you can only do super small sections at a time. It says that it runs for 45 minutes but I have a feeling my hair would take longer than 45 minutes to really get it straight or curled because you have to do it in smaller sections. probably good for touch-ups.

I have thick, curly (wavy) hair and this straightener did not work. I purchased it for a trip but it didn’t do the trick well at all. The battery did not power the straightener for more than 15 minutes and it takes a lot longer than that to do my hair. And the irons are very small so it takes a much longer time to get the job done than with a normal one. If you have thin hair or if you just need a touch up, this might work for you.

-Takes a while to fully charge ~2 hours-Takes a long time to heat up ~3 minutes-Can lose heat while curling/straightening, meaning you need to give it a minute between curls to reheat-battery lasts 1 day of use-Died after 1 week of use, charges fine but cannot heat up/turn on-Heard about good customer support, but I wasnt interest in using this product againTechnology isnt here yet feelsbadman
