Very good, but consult your doc before using.
This is just a basic 6% salicylic ointment. There were no instructions in the box but I looked them up online and called my doc's office. The online instructions mentioned covering the affected area which I did but found that it works better uncovered when put on after a shower, skin patted dry and gently rubbed onto the areas of plaque psoriasis. 2 or 3 weeks ago my hands looked like they had been scalded but now looking almost normal. I'm pleased with this product. It worked for me. CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USING AS IT MAY INTERACT WITH OTHER DRUGS!!!!!!!

Isn't strong enough.
It spreads well, but isn't very strong. I use it for a small cluster wart. Didn't work.

This works to keep fingernails from splitting
Years ago my dermatologist recommended I use 5% salicylic acid ointment to help my vertically splitting fingernails (a result of nailbed deformation from a bacterial infection from artificial nails). At the time it was a prescription concentration, then it was no longer manufactured, so I used a 4% ointment that I could get online. Then that became unavailable and my nails were splitting vertically again. I was so glad to see this on Amazon I purchased two tubes. In less than a week the splitting has stopped and my nails are growing normally again.

Good product
Good product, reasonable price. The first time I ordered this it arrived 6 weeks late. Turns out it was shipped promptly, but was delayed by Customs. So it wasn’t the vendor’s fault. And they were very responsive when I contacted them by email.

Simply the best
I have been struggling with treating my acne for over 20 years now. Been to several dermatologists. Name it, I’ve used it for my acne. From creams to tablets to laser treatments.But within 2 months of using this, it’s as if my acne dissolved from within. After 4 months, I was almost clear of all scars.It doesn’t dry out the skin. It’s simply awesome. I have been recommending this to anyone that cares to listen.

Beware…Expired Ointment
When I revived the product on 04/07/23 in it had an expiration date of 11/22. I noticed EXP after I opened, So I was unable to return it.
