These really helped me to become relaxed and reduced my anxiety. I don’t have PMS but have high anxiety and chronic stress and this formula was recommended for the fight or flight syndrome that I have been stuck in. I’m shocked that I haven’t heard of this before. So far so good!

I love most Chinese remedies and this one works well although its not that great value for money and I think you can probably find cheaper versions of the same thing elsewhere. However I wanted to try a new product and wanted something that could be shipped fast and was coming from UK. When my hormones are unbalanced like for PMS its really good but you should be taking them all month for them to really work.

these seem very good. only tried for one month so far but have reordered.feel like a quality product - would rather have all capsules in one bottle rather than a smaller amount across 2 but perhaps this helps to keep the herbs fresher

Doesn't help anxiety as good as jia Wei xiao yang
