This is a very pretty and well-made leash. I like the softness of the rope (and it's not too heavy). Only wish it was about 1' longer!

I liked this at first; however, yesterday it snapped and broke as I was actively walking my dog. He almost ran into a busy street, but thank God he did not, and I was able to get him to come back to me so I could grab a hold of him. The rope had started fraying along time ago but was still in tact and seemed to be functional, until yesterday. The rope faded a lot over time too, so the pretty colors had gotten to be minimal, and it got to be basically all dirty white. I had not even had it a year before it broke , and the fraying started happening months ago, so it did not hold up like I thought it would nor should.

beautiful looking leash, no problems what so ever

I've had the leash for 3 months and it has started fraying. I can no longer safely use it as I fear it will break and my dog will be in danger as we live in the city.I did love how it was braided and soft on my hands, but the quick deterioration is a big let down.
