This beautiful piece was exactly the right size, and is now a refillable nature journal which is used in the field, threaded with deerskin laces and a variety of papers for watercolor, sketching, science and nature observations. It is getting increasing character with each adventure!

The leather that was shipped is a beautiful piece that can be used for many applications. The quality is good, and pride in craftmanship is evident. However, the description lists tooling as one of the uses, but this leather will not take a stamp. Someone who works leather may already know this, but as I purchased this as a gift for someone who makes leather crafts, and am not familiar with leatherwork myself, the description is rather misleading. The leather will be kept and used, and I will likely purchase from this company again, but with a little more research and knowledge.

Fast delivery. nice piece of leather. Only thing I'd like to see done differently would be for the makers stamp to not be pressed in as deep. It was a little visible on the front side. But, it was in the corner that got cut off, so it was an easy work-around.

Loved the quality. The texture and color of the leather is fantastic. Looking forward to purchasing some more in the future.
