Worked until just a few days past the product return window. (Refund Issued - Updated review)
Ordered item on 5/24/19. The return/support window closed on 8/24/19. The battery quit holding a charge just 10 days after the return/support window ended. It would only power the computer for about 5 minutes before just shutting down immediately. Purchased a new battery from a different source and, so far, it's working fine so verified it's not an issue with the computer or power supply. Seems like a quality issue.REVIEW UPDATE - Even though the return window was closed, the seller ended up refunding the total price so the customer service recovery for the situation is exemplary.I know it's outside the window for return but wanted to send you the feedback as it sounds like a quality issue.

this battery lasted two weeks. DO NOT BUY. I missed the return window by two days. What a scam. My laptop does not even detect that it is installed. JUNK!
