Been having trouble with aking feet especially the soles as I have high arches. I went to a chiropodist and bought some insoles after having my feet scanned for £30 a pair. Needless to say I was ripped off, no wonder she drives a Mercedes. Anyway decided to give these a go and am very pleased. Not only are they good quality for £7.99, I was sceptical though, they are helping no end. My feet and legs ache far less and my lower back pain is much better. I also bought a pair for my son who works in retail so on his feet a lot. He says they are comfortable and stop his feet aching. Just ordered another 2 pairs for different shoes. A great buy...

Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for a couple of months, my knees, hip and back were beginning to ache because I was hobbling to nurse my foot. These insoles have not cured the plantar fasciitis, it still hurts when I get out of bed but with the insoles in my shoes I can walk normally which is easing the stress on the rest of my body.

Needed arch support but doesn't have arch support in this product, so not used

My son suffers badly with his knees and increasing these, they have helped a fair bit and takes some if the aches and pains he's suffering both in his feet, ankles and knees

Comfortable insole- can cut to size etc but I'd say it will last about a month - showing wear and tear already - for son's football boots ....

Exactly what I needed

This insole is very thick! Even with removing my current insoles from my very roomy sports shoes my bridge of foot is pushed to the top of shoe. My plantar fasciitis is also now extremely painful. The insoles are solid and the divet meant to eliviate pain on tendon just digs into my heel. Can not return as had to cut to fit in shoe

Sicuramente ottima fattura, ma sono più che altro correttive più che per confort, essendo di un materiale piuttosto rigido.
