Had my Razer Kraken headphones for years now, and after a while the ear pads started to show their wear. Since Razer doesn't make the Kraken 7.1 v2 anymore, I didn't want to have to buy new headphones when my old ones still function. After reading the reviews and doing extensive research, I decided to buy new ear pads. They work great! They clicked on easily to my headphones and wearing them for long hours in the day at work and at home feels comfortable, almost as if they came out of the box with the headphones. Great replacements!

These earpad replacements are MUCH BETTER than the actual Razer ones. They fit my ears (I have large ears) perfectly compared to the original ones. They feel bigger in diameter and they are much more comfortable even after long periods of gaming. They keep my ears cool and they don't get hot.I also like that the material does not break off like the plasticky leather-like material that Razer uses. I've had it for almost 4 months now and I use it everyday 2-3 hours; it still feels and looks BRAND NEW. Only time will tell whether the sides will start cracking like the Razer material. So far so good!I was so close to throwing away my headset because they looked so beat up due to the wear and tear over the years. I am glad I was able to replace the earpads and restoring my headset to a BRAND NEW look. I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase and I hope that they'll last for a long long time. If not, I hope that this product will still be available if/when I need to replace them again. I WILL BUY IT AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT (assuming that they're still affordable!)

Disclaimer: I bought these because my earpads brokeOh what I've been missing out on.I have a smaller head and I guess average sized ears as determined by Razer's design team. The stock earpads fit me just fine and have served me well. I drew the line when I was cleaning my ear and found some chipped off piece of leather in my ear.I ordered these, and I wasn't expecting the size difference. The earpads that come with Razer's headphones are round, and these are more oval. No big deal.Headphone application:I put them on my headset, it fit snug.I shook my headset around like there was a spider on it.Still fit snug, no clinking.Head fit:These Earpads feel much larger on my head. I had to adjust my headphones because the larger pad was pressing against my jaw. After I readjusted my headset though, the fit is wonderful. The old headset had this very moist, humid feel to it since the pads were completely covered in faux leather. These headsets are cloth where they touch your head, and leather around the edges. This allows my ears to not get gross if I have these on for too long.Noise cancellation is good, fit is good. I would definitely recommend getting these if 1) you get a little warm when you game 2) If you have larger ears/head 3) you just want breathable earpads. Very solid, worthy investment.You can keep your stock earpads as backup, although I doubt you'll need it soon.

These ear pads were very easy to install and are super comfortable. The cooling gel and the fact that the part that actually comes in contact with your skin is cloth instead of faux leather makes them easy to wear for hours at a time without getting uncomfortable. Frankly I think they're an upgrade from the stock ear pads that come with the Kraken.

Only reason these don't get 5 stars is they weren't life changing or anything. My stock razer pads were literally falling apart to the point it was affecting sound so I needed a replacement.Kind of big on me and I'd like to think I have pretty average ears. That's not necessarily bad thing but they do fell quite open. Sound doesn't feel quite so direct/close (I only noticed because I tried to notice it).Cooling gels works almost too good. Like it gets so cold it almost stings. But after like 5 minutes they warm up (not sweaty warm though). I would get them again but I don't think I'll need to because they are well built.

Arrived fairly quick with prime. These are definitely not the same original earcup cushion that first came with your RAZER headset. Which isn't an issue because it does give it anew experience and feel to them.I got these for my Kraken 7.1 V2 as I found it better to just replace the VERY worn out ear cushions. They don't fit as tight as they did before with the same pressure applied to the ears as the cushion is different. It feels soft to the touch and comfortable when in use. You can only feel the cooling gel for the first 3-5 or so minutes each session.One interesting thing I noticed before replacing the worn out, ripped, and falling apart ear cushion, was that it let some of the bass from the sound drivers to bleed out. After I replaced the ear cushions, I thought I accidently left the Bass Boost feature on in Synapse, but it was just the cushions maintaining the sound within!10/10

I own too many pairs of headphones now when I should've just bought this and fixed my kraken. It wasn't broken per-se, just, the original ear pads got ratty cuz apparently wearing headphones basically every day for several years wears them down. Shocking, they haven't solved entropy yet. Anyways, they're comfortable, they are not actively falling apart cuz I haven't used them for years yet, what more can I say?

I bought these a while ago and have enjoyed them since. I had to replace my razer kraken pro ear pads after several years of use. The cooling effect isn't quite as strong as I had expected based on the item description, but for the price, you can't beat getting these as a replacement. Strongly recommend.

La verdad le devolvieron la vida a mis audífonos Razer, estoy muy contento con ellas sinceramente.

Conforme à la description, bonne finition générale, s'installe facilement sur un Kraken 7.1 V2. Coussinets confortables, un peu moins isolant que ceux d'origine. On ressent effectivement la sensation "gel" qui rafraichit au début. La finition tissu pour la partie en contact avec la peau les fera peut être durer plus longtemps que ceux d'origine. Kraken bon pour reprendre du service ;-)

Realmente mejores que las originales, se adaptan perfectamente y cambiarlas son 10 segundos. No son las más baratas pero creo que su durabilidad y calidad lo valen...Otra cosa es el cafre del repartidor, al no estar en casa en el momento que se dignó a pasarse a entregarlo, lo tiró desde la calle hasta el balcón de un primer piso ¡sin palabras!. No se en cuantos intentos lo consiguió, pero la caja externa estaba golpeada aunque el producto llegó intacto ¿qué hubiese pasado si el contenido hubiese sido un disco mecánico, un termostato digital o cualquier aparato delicado?. De pena de verdad, entiendo que cobren poco y vayan estresados, pero podían haberse pasado al día siguiente... En fin, volviendo al recambio de las almohadillas: ¡Es una buena compra, sin duda!.

Visto che i ricambi originali non vengono più prodotti e visto che i padiglioni originali delle mie Kraken 7.1 v2 erano ormai distrutti ho deciso di provare questo prodotto che, visto il prezzo, mi ha permesso di non dover comprare delle cuffie nuove.Beh che dire, fattura ottima e effetto refrigerante presente e che si fa notare, sentirete del fresco non sto scherzando.Ottimo ricambio e secondo me meglio degli originali.Questi padiglioni sono ovali.
