Love my rebounder, excellent customer service
Love my rebounder.Customer service is exceptional, excellent people especially Billy. I have received the wrong color of bungee cords. As an apology I was send new cords for free. New cords came very fast.Bellicon is the Vitamix in rebounders. If you want the best then order a Bellicon.I purchased the 44', but could have gone with the smaller. I am 5ft 115lbs. But I guess it's more comfortable.Despite the higher price, didn't regret it, highly recommend.

Why two stars? I have been rebounding and tramping for many years. I have two el cheapo mini-tamps with steel springs and a large outdoor tramp, about 15' dia. I wanted to upgrade to a better mini. A look on Craig's List showed a 44" Bellicon with folding legs at a really good price. I bought it after doing a fair amount of research on the internet. It came with the medium bungees, blue clips, rated for 200#. However, I only learned that today. The previous owner told me it had the soft bungees rated up to 130#. I go about 150#. I emailed the company to ask if it would be harmful to use the tramp even though my weight exceeds the limit of the bungees. They answered that I should get the recommended bungees for my weight. Okay, I thought, since they didn't warn me not to use it with the soft bungees I would do so. For a week or so it seemed fine,,,up to twenty minutes a day. I did notice the middle of the tramp was soft enough that it caused my ankles to pronate which made my knees sore. My better half has had the same problem at 135#. Then last night I woke up with severe pain in the middle of my back. I was able to work it out...never happened before. My knees are pretty sore. I looked for training videos on youtube and found one in which the trainer, she weighed maybe 110 pounds and had the 39" Bellicon, advised everyone to get the ultra strong bungees like she did. B's chart shows we should be using extra strong for Power Training. She disregarded the companies recommendations, odd. More research and I found a blog called why bellicon blows on wordpress...do a search. A former employee gives his opinion. Haven't given up on the big B...I did order the ultra strong bungees today. The device is very well made and quiet. I'm hoping with the ultra strongs the pronation will end because the deflection will be much less. Will update in a couple weeks. Meanwhile...let the buyer beware. So, two stars because Bellicon is not unaware of this issue, but they try to side step it by blaming the user. Go to their "which-bungee-strength" page, scroll down about half way to find their weasel statement. They try to turn the inherent problem with the rebounder into a benefit...it actually strengthens the muscles of the foot and ankle they say! If you have problems, it's your fault, not theirs. Neither of us have ever had pronation problems until now. I've been working out since high school (grad. '63) and active. Even if the new bungees remedy the problem I can't justify more than four stars.UPDATE: Dec. 22, '16...Good news - our knees have healed and stopped hurting. And Bellicon contacted me by telephone. And the new bungees are installed. And it is far better! I have the impression that the people at Bellicon make a real effort to insure you have the right bungees. Had I purchased directly from them they would have made sure I had the right ones by letting me try various ones until I was satisfied. I purchased a set of Ultras, the strongest they make. I have replaced half of the original softer bungees, every other one. This has made a huge improvement. Only four sessions so far, but no knee pain. The bounce feels comfortable. If this arrangement continues to work I will have a replacement set for when these wear out in a couple years. If I were to have all Ultras it would be very stiff indeed. In retrospect, the extra strongs might be about right. Out of curiosity I measured the strength of the bungees with a luggage scale. First I took the slack out, then pull up a certain distance with each one. The weaker one measured 13# the stronger 39#...so it is three times stronger. Taking the weak ones off was very easy; putting the strong ones one was a workout in itself! And I'd advise wearing gloves...kinda hard on the hands. IMPORTANT: Bellicon sez the fellow who made the "bellicon blows" website was never an employee and is way off base with his statements. If the knee problem does not return I will go to five stars. Happy camper.

The trampoline is sturdy, allowing for jumping without squeaks
So simple - it arrives with the legs folded in to the frame - you just click the legs into place & you're ready to start jumping. The trampoline is sturdy, allowing for jumping without squeaks, rattling or shifting around.

It is not easy to move around
I like the bellicon but I honestly used my borrowed no name rebounder more. The larger size makes this to big for me to move from room to room easily and I was really surpised by the weight.. There is also a 15% restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping even if you want to exchange for a smaller size.
