Solid Brass Sink Overflow Cap Round Hole Cover for Bathroom Basin, Brushed Nickel Finish

FIRST: Take a really accurate measurement of the hole. For some reason, there doesn't seem to be a "Standard" size for these. It's really aggravating as these holes can be VERY difficult to accurately measure, and the differences are so small, yet can change whether a cap will fit or not.So, mine fits perfectly, and is brushed nickel on brass as ordered. The finish is beautiful and matches my Delta brushed nickel fixtures perfectly. If yours is a little loose, you can GENTLY bend the plastic prongs on the clip out, but there is a limit to how much. I let mine sit in hot tap water for a minute to soften the plastic, then used my fingers to spread the prongs out a little. Run cold water over it to "set" the new spacing, and you're done. If the cap is too big for the basin hole, you're out of luck. The base of the plastic clip attaches to the metal cap, which won't allow you to seat the cap in a hole that's too small.Durability? I'd assume the finish will last a LONG time, but I'll update the review if that changes. The plastic clip that holds it in place will probably break long before the finish wears out. These clips are typical to almost all the caps I've seen, so I don't expect any surprise as to longevity.If you want an upgrade from the cheap plastic caps, this is a great way to go!

This looks so much better than having a hole. It still allows for water to pass through as its front plate protrudes out with middle area open for water to pass. The quality is also great - makes my sink look new again.

It was difficult to select from the many possibilities for capping the hole in my two bathroom sinks. But I'm SO glad I selected this item. It's very sturdy and was very easy to insert into the hole. Initially I bought one to make sure it fit and then I bought a second one. They look perfect and fit perfectly too.

I replaced the horrible plastic overflow covers that came with my sink with these quality ones, and they're so much better. Quite an upgrade! They're well made, won't corrode and look great.

I ordered three brushed nickel overflow caps. Received two brushed nickel and one chrome. The brushed nickel looks great with our sink fixtures. The weight alone feels like quality. The chrome - not so good looking with my fixtures.

I've been looking for a replacement for the cheap plastic "chrome" overflow drain covers that came with our double vanity and these worked perfectly!! I measured several times before I ordered to make sure. The openings are 0.875 inches or 22.225 millimeters and these were a perfect fit - they just popped right in. And a perfect match for our Kohler Purist vibrant brushed nickel faucets and drains.

In der Beschreibung wird Nickel gebürstet angeboten.Leider ist der Artikel nicht gebürstet sondern glänzend.

Für dieses kleine Teil sehr teuer,aber ist halt der einzige Anbieter in satiniertem Material.
