It did not connect and get the data for me. I use a One Touch Mini, so it's a popular meter. Not only did it fail to connect, but it also doesn't give me any advice on what to do next and the product has no support site or number There isn't even a set of directions in the box. I assume they think the setup is foolproof. It's not. I am a 30 IT Professional, so I'm guessing it's not user error.

I have been using Gluconext for 4 weeks and it works great with my Ascencia BMG. Super easy to use. I just need to press one button and all the data is transmitted to my logbook. No matter where I am I can check all my data on my phone via the Diabnext app. Really recommend this product!

This is a bit of a premature review as I just got the product, but I have no issues with it.The Gluconext is cool because I can automatically transfer my data. The App is also easy to use and I mainly use the logbook, I have not tried yet the clubs stuff on the app but I will as I think it is a pretty cool to be able to share with other people.

Great product and especialy great customer service.I had some doubts on how to use the product and the customer support help me with patience and competence. Very happy with my purchase.
