One of my all time favorite products!
These little clips will change your life! I simply love them! I use them in place of pins, to hold paper patterns to the fabric for cutting, holding garments in place while embroidering and so much more!

Almost Caused a Fire
I have been using this charger for 3 years. Today, the phone charging on it got real hot. Then there was a burning smell. The charger itself was overheating. Thank God we were home to disconnect it before it started a fire! We used the same USB cable on another charger and it charged the same phone fine. Until now, though, the PowerAdd did charge well. With this incident, I cannot recommend the PowerAdd charger.

Smart idea, easy to use with table lamps and small electronics
These are a smart idea and I can't believe that I just discovered them. I recently rearranged the furniture in the living room and doing so meant three lamps no longer had individual access to outlets. I slipped a surge protector under the sofa with the outlet in the floor and used these 1 foot extenders for each lamp. It worked out just right - no clutter and each lamp has a bit of extra wiggle room to shift or turn on the tables without tangling or coming unplugged. Bonus that all the wires are hidden from view.

"Solid" extension cords
These cords are a quality product -- UL listed, heavy gauge, and sturdy ends. They are ideal for freeing up those outlets in power strips and UPS systems that get "hidden" by wall-warts. I'm very pleased with them and I'll be buying more.

I've used them for QUILTING, CRAFTING and SEWING
QUILTING - These are wonderful to use for binding a quilt either by hand or machine because they hold and you don't get your fingers pricked. However, I turn them upside down and use the bottom to hold the binding flat, otherwise, you get indentations where the clip holds the binding. I placed them about every two inches. Pins are still better on holding mitered corners. I clipped my binding and dragged and slung the quilt around to see if they would hold well and they do. If you currently use metal snap clips (the ones that are like large hair clips) buy these instead. You'll thank yourself.CRAFTING - I have used these for paper crafting and holding parts that I have glued together. Again, I prefer to turn them upside down so that I don't get indentations. I would say if this clip has a no-slip grid and two flat sides instead of a curved and a flat it would be better for paper crafting.SEWING - Depending upon your project this is not a replacement for using straight pins, sorry. When straight pins you can strategically place them so you can sew over them or not even have them come under your foot. Unless you are sewing a very, very generous seam allowance, like one inch or more, these are not especially useful. You have to remove them and if you them with your pressure foot, they grip so well your fabric moves and you stitching line gets messed up. No, no, no. I did use them for sewing on quilting binding, stopping to remove them every two inches, was a bit of a pain, but it beat getting pricked.

Great concept, scary hot though! Could have damaged my devices or started a fire.
Update: Customer service was great! They sent me a brand new one for free. The new one worked great and does exactly as advertised. Very happy with the product. Most of all, I am happy with the customer service that worked hard to make sure that I was satisfied with their product.I love the concept of this item and that I can charge all my devices at once instead of needing 5 outlets and a plug for each USB cable. Your devices end up being spread around the house for charging with wall outlets or all on your PC. This offers a solution to charge everything in one place. However, with only 3 items plugged in, a Galaxy S5, an iPad mini 3 and a small portable phone battery charger, it got extremely hot! I couldn't hold it in my hand it was so hot. I started to smell plastic melting and the rug that was underneath of it was extremely hot, that too had a burning smell! I am glad I was home and checked on it or it could have started a real problem. Either damage to my devices or a fire. Thankfully it didn't damage any of my devices or start a fire. I am not exaggerating, it was that hot!Amazon was kind enough to send me a new one so I will touch back when the new product comes in. For your first few charges, I would recommend checking up on it.If I can get a working one, it will be nice to charge all of my devices at once and on one wall outlet. Almost everything I own needs a USB charger. From camera's, phones, watches, to my Quad Copters. I can see this being a very useful product that will cut back on needing to have your devices spread all over the house to charge them. Instead, you will have one spot that can charge everything. I'd view this as a convenient and time saver!I am giving this item 3 stars because I can see how useful this product can be, especially for the price. I am taking away two stars because this could have been a real hazard. I am going to give the company the benefit of the doubt and say I got a defective item. I will update once the new one comes in. I will also try different devices to see if maybe one of my devices was drawing too much current. I don't see how that could be the case though as none of my other devices got hot or have a problem charging normally.Stay tuned!

Great for traveling!
Pros ... you can plug all your cords into one place and have a legit charging station.**For both: Android and Mac devices-Great for trips & sharing the charging station with your family and friends.- excellent friendly and attentive customer service!Cons ...-t originally thought that the power ADD was incompatible with my phone because my Android was taking forever to charge. Turns out it could only be charged from the Android port. This leaves confusion when I want to charge my other electronic devices comma the kinds of devices that aren't listed as an option. (Bluetooth speakers comma external batteries Etc)If you are occurring the same problem that was happening to me, make sure you are plugged into the right port.- The poweradd ends up looking like a messy electronic octopus, I will get something that charges my phone with a more organized appearance next time.
