Samy Esencia Styling Mousse 6 oz.

I love SAMY products so when I came across the Esencia line I couldn't wait to get my hands on these all-new earth friendly products! I purchased the styling mousse first and it went straight into the garbage after the first time I used it.My hair is approximately 3.5" past my shoulders so I combed one pump through my hair. It made my hair feel so disgusting that I actually went and re-washed it, something that I NEVER do since my hair is curly. The only way that I can describe the feeling is that it felt like I shampooed and conditioned my hair but didn't bother to rinse either out. And the smell, wow. And not in the good way. It gave me a headache that would not go away for the rest of the day!I now know why all of these products are on clearance both online and in stores.

It's so hard to find a natural hair product that works so well. This one works great! It works really well at controlling frizz and does add some volume and shine to my hair as well. Oh and it smells pretty nice too! It has kind of a sweet citrus smell. It has no chemicals so it is not overwhelming and great for those naturalists that are looking for cleaner products! I just started buying this on Amazon after I couldn't find it at my local Walgreens anymore. I can't live without this product!

I just bought this product today in stores and thought great a good legit product. And then I did my research on the 2nd ingredient :( For those who fully believe it is a natural product, it is most likely not. On the ingredients list the 2nd ingredient says USP. That is petroleum. This may not be an issue for some but for those who arent interested in petroleum products for their hair I suggest you stay away.

Love this mousse - love that it is in a pump bottle, and love that it is non-toxic! Rates very well on ewg.

i really like my product for my natural hair. I really recommend this for anyone that have natural hair and want curls.

I purchased this mousse on a Whim and I am glad that I did. I actually bough the shampoo and conditoner for a friend of mine and SHE LOVES the stuff and I found the Mousse. I first use to set my curls. I am african American with natural hair and used to roller set my curls. They came out bouncey and smooth and NOT sticky. I was able to pull the curls apart without flaking or anything. I also used to smooth my hair back into a bun. I set my hair ( put mousse around the edges of the hair and tied down with a scarf) and in the morning it was frizz free and ready for go into my nice neat bun. I was impressed. I went and both 3 more bottle WOW! I didnt want it to run out and when I find something I like it become a staple. I also bought the deep conditioner ( okay stuff) and the styling cream ( okay stuff) but so far I really love the Mousse and my friend loves the poo and conditioner. SO....we are sticking to it. ADDED bonus it is pretty much natural and has a light refreshing smell. I love it!

This is a great product! I stumbled upon it at a local store. I have hair type 3c/4b and it worked great. I drenched my hair with water the applied product and let it air dry.... voila defined curls! I knew the marshmellow root is excellent for bring out your natural curl pattern. But who knew it was this great. Went to E Sen Cia website think Il going to try the shampoo and conditioner... heard great reviews about them!

I love this mousse! It doesn't get hard like others and it doesn't dry my hair out. It works well with my other hair product when I'm trying to define curls. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!
