CURRENT USA 36-48" Inch Serene Aquarium Visual and Audio Aquatic Experience Kit with LED Aquarium Light, LED Background Light, Frosted Background film & Speaker for Fish Tank (4026)

I purchased the Serene LED kit for my 36 gal bow bonsai themed tank. I absolutely love the effect the lights add to the background. The pictures don’t do it justice. In low light it looks incredible. The sound effects are also very well done, and the speakers are of good quality and I haven’t had any issues in the 3 months I’ve had it. I don’t use the light as the plants are responding very well to the Fluval 3.0 and I’m hesitant to replace it. Anyway, I highly recommend this kit you won’t regret it.

The media could not be loaded.  My husband purchased this for the aquarium and I am really impressed. Absolutely love the music feature and the way the lighting enhances the color of the fish. My husbands only complaint is that the thunderstorm sound feature plays at a low volume.

The media could not be loaded.  Using in 32 gal planted aquarium. Does not have many options on picking light color. Most of the programs fade from light to dark. The night stare mode is not ideal for a 24inch light. Might be better if used on a longer tank. Light seems to get hot during the day and the speakers make a horrible buzzing sound when not in use. Now to the good parts. Set up works great on the 24 hours timer. Ramp time is around a hour and the light is growing all my plants. Thunderstorm effect is really neat aswell. There is a wired sensor you can plug into the main control and hide easily so the remote works. Ignore the dingy plants. Didn't notice my new filter had plastic on the cartridge when installed.

I had another light that was similar to this but without the backlighting. It was great - but died after 3.5 years. I just bought this one and love it. I wish there was an option that didn’t include the speakers, as I really won’t use them. But this lighting system is beautiful.During the day, I like natural lighting. I’m not a neon tank person. But the colors are fun to play with at night :) I really love it.If you have a 48” (55 or 75 gallon) tank, I recommend the largest size. It provides more light (for plants) and the LEDs go from end to end of the tank.This is simply beautiful. Easy to install, easy to use. I love it.

The lights will absolutely produce a stunning effect, BUT1. they won't last long if you don't have a top cover, since the top bar is NOT water resistant. Moisture forms inside and shorts out the circuit board that the LEDs are mounted on. I tried to add silicone after drying mine out, but moisture still gets in through the ends. and the lights will begin to flicker. If you use any salt, that will kill them quicker. I re-soldered mine, but most people would find it impossible to service due to the way it is assembled.2. the back light mounting system is too weak. I tried industrial velcro, and that has been OK, but not perfect.3. the sound module is very annoying after about 1 minute, so I disconnected mine and threw that part in the garbage.4. It helps to make some side panels to block direct line of sight to the rear light bar, since it is blinding. I bought a small black plastic garbage can and cut some side panels out of it. I attached with black gaffer's tape. A top panel would be helpful, but not as necessary.Bottom line: Now that I've had one of these kits, I'm spoiled and don't want to do without one. The effects are truly awesome. I also have a full-bright mode for feeding time and a dim mode for bedtime. I will probably wait to replace it until I have an upgraded aquarium setup with a sump aerator to prevent water damage. Since the sound is a waste of money, the price is a little hefty.

-The main light rivals AI prime HD/kessil lights, the colors vividly pop-up and the shimmering is amazing. This is a huge upgrade from previous product lines.-The idea of the backlight with the frozen white wallpaper is amazing, a whole new dimension without background work.-Pairing with nature sound themes is just genius. Total relax.Current USA - well done!

This is the second review I've taken time to write. I could not find my first review so here we go again.I ordered the Current USA Serene Aquarium Visual and Audio Aquatic Experience Kit twice. I had to return the first one because the plastic cover on the top aquarium light was cracked. Return was seamless as I processed it through Amazon.I received the second one and set it all up and he top light came on and went out and never worked again. I initiated a support ticket on 1/16/23 at 2:11pm. Two days after (on 2/18) they requested receipt of purchase, serial number and pics of the light. I provided the information same day. Two days later after (on 2/20) I called and left a voicemail, they asked me to confirm that the green light on the power supply is on. I responded same day with a pic showing that the light is on. It is now 1/26/23 and I still have no response from them. I left two voicemail messages requesting help and nothing. Crickets.I am at a loss for words. This product has great reviews so it sounds like an isolated incident but the customer service is non-existent.
