This mix made the best gluten free biscuits that I’ve found. In the 1.5 years that my husband has been gluten free I’ve found many gluten free recipes that we like just as well or better than the gluten containing ones but not biscuits. I’ve tried so many that claimed to be the best but were disappointing to say the least.These were excellent. I used the recipe on their website for the rolled and cut biscuits and we loved them.They have a nice crunchy chewiness to the outside and are very soft on the inside with a wonderful buttery flavor. The mix is expensive so wait for one of the sales. Since biscuits are something that I don’t make often (we save them for special occasions) this will be my go-to mix and recipe. You’ll need to decide if the biscuit is worth the price. It was for us because it was a special occasion treat we were really missing.

A few months ago, I did extensive allergy testing and found out I am allergic to a TON of different foods (soy, milk, wheat, corn, nuts, etc.). I came across this pancake mix and have probably ordered it 4+ times since! It's SO good that even my husband likes it (and he can even have "normal" pancakes). I found that they come out the best with using 1 egg (or egg sub), 1 cup of milk (I use rice milk), and 1 cup of pancake mix. I also have used chocolate chips and blueberries and each time they come out delicious!Thank you so much for creating a product that's safe (and delicious!) for those of us with a ton of allergies!

The best gluten free waffles that i have ever eaten

I bought this because I found a recipe on the company’s site for a copycat Hardee’s biscuit recipe. It was SO disappointing. I followed the recipe as it was online, and it was way too soupy. I had to add A LOT of extra mix to make it somewhat formable. Then I noticed the recipe on the box had a whole cup less water for the same measurements of mix and butter on the website!In addition to the messed up recipe on the company’s website, I found the biscuits to be rather sweet compared to Hardee’s salty buttermilk biscuits.I suppose it would probably make decent pancakes, but I needed so much to make a dough with the minimum 2 cups recommended on their website, I hardly have enough to make anything else.

We found out my grandson is allergic to the entire top 8! And his birthday is coming. He'll be 3. I've made several different cakes now trying to find the best one. Always comes back to the chocolate cupcake recipie on their website. No eggs. Dairy. Wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, treenuts. With this flour, let him eat cake!

first of all I am not a baker far from it. I am Vegan. WE have all these egg substitute issues. Some work some don't. When I contacted BB they told me to puree white beans. Never heard of it. Guess what! It was fantastic easy work in the kitchen. The most I had to do was puree the white beans. The cake turned out very good. They were very responsive and helpful. I can't recommend any company more than BB. Beans make it more healthy too. Healthy in a cake, why not? Please try this if you are vegan and not afraid to try something different. Deric

Wow! This was a huge disappointment! It was so bitter that it was inedible, and my 8-year-old did not have a birthday cake. Pretty sad for 25$.
