For a more realistic feel, we’ve upgraded this version with quick-mount wheels and leather seat. There is a switch for front and rear lights and even a working “vent fan” designed to mimic the air conditioning! This McLaren can be operated in two ways…by child via steering wheel and foot "gas pedal" or by parent using the included 2.4GHz 3 speed remote. Forward/reverse and left/right turn functions can all be done manually or with the parental remote if child is not yet able to drive it. Some assembly is required (30-45 minutes). Cheap product
Order two of the Mclaren P1. First car did just fine no issues second one had issues out of the box. Remote didn’t work half the time and had issues with electronics. Big toy direct told me I had water damage due to a burn spot where the receiver was placed. Which was not the case but big toy direct didn’t want to back their product. If u want something to last avoid this product. My kids have two other 12v that operate just fine. Save the money and order name brand ( peg-perego)

Make sure everything works properly
The strut on the door on the driver side is malfunctioning not holding door up..Just assembled the toy and already have a manufacturer error..I've sent msgs to the company waiting to hear back from them..
