Review: I LOVE this stuff!! - I am only taking one pill a day plus a regular R-ALA 100mg to equal 400mg as I have worked myself up to the 400mg. But it has GREATLY improved the nerves in my hands!! I have or had a pinched median nerve and have permanently numb fingers and thumb, my middle finger being the worst. If you don't drink enough water Ive noticed a touch of heartburn, which actually goes away quickly if you just drink a little more water.

A: Alpha Lipoic Acid contains the R form and the S form. The R form is NATURAL and 40 times more absorbable than the S form. The S form also competes for absorption sites with the R form. So don't waste your money on Alpha Lipoic Acid. R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and R-Lipoic are the same thing. Be careful when buying a cheap R-Lipoic Acid. Some companies claim their product is the R form and it's not.
