Excellent product,works well,easy to set up,good instructions from supplier Chigwell Satellite, highly recommended.

The sky box came very clean and almost like new. Installed fine without any issues. The only thing i did notice it was well wrapped up, as it was unpacked the smell of cleaner was strong maybe wrapped straight after cleaning maybe but this was minor and just waited 15 mins or so to air. overall very pleased with it so far.

The box arrived as expected & on time. I was expecting to be able to plug in, switch on, pair the card & start watching.Unfortunately the software needed upgrading, then l found that the hard drive was 70% full going back to 2016 & loads of stuff in the scheduled & deleted sections.It took some time, but eventually after upgrading the software through Sky & managing to erase & rebuild the second hand / used hard drive all was well.Now working well & good value for just under £40. Remote was a bit dodgy, so still using my original remote.
