Cute book that talks about self-esteem. I like that it’s NOT a literal translation, it’s more about the version of the story in each language and each rhymes and makes sense in their own way.If you want this book for showing the exact meaning of words in each language, this is not for you.

This book as an adult is my favorite. And I gift to everyone having a child that I can. Having the bilingual for some multicultural households is spectacular.

This little book not to be confused with a hard cover as this is closer to what I would say thicker paper book. In process helping build a bilingual library for him as he gets older. It's cute teaches basics and quite affordable.

We do a book outreach and the children's bilingual books are a BIG hit!

Such a cute book I definitely recommend just keep in mind it is a bit small

I loved the English version of this book so I had to get the Spanish version, wish it was as big as the original book, because it is small. Some of the sentences don’t make sense to me, but no book is going to have a perfect translation! Still love reading it to my son, because it’s a good lesson!

This book’s writing is cute and good. Wish it was bigger. The words are very small and the book is very small. Would be a phenomenal book if it was bigger.

My two year old son loves this book. It’s one of my all time favorites. We first read it (paperback) at his grandmas house over a year ago and had to get our own copy in board book form. I have it memorized. One of my son’s first words was “purple” because of this book— we laugh every time we read about the purple polkadotted lips! Having two languages at a time is cool, but also a bit to look at at first. I don’t even notice it now so it doesn’t affect reading flow, but some might not like that. The words are funny and encouraging and the illustrations are silly and Suesslike.

We loooove this book at home, the pictures are a bit schycholelic but the book itself it's beautiful

The book is a little smaller than I thought it would be but it’s a cute book with a positive message. Can’t wait to read it to my daughter!
