Rugged, easy to use
Excellent product, delivered on time. Outer Amazon box had a few holes/rips and original box inside had holes in it from the cart. Fortunately, the cart was not damaged. All parts were there, easy assembly and works as it should. It is sturdy, rolls easily and should last a long time.

Great but only if used CAREFULLY and with your eyes open to its flaws.
I am now on my third R6RT Cart. I use it to haul a complete drum set, including 4-5 drums, cymbals, hardware, etc. and can do it in one properly packed trip. I can't live without this cart, so when this breaks (as I'm sure, like the first two, it will unless these problems get remedied) I'll just grumble but buy another because nothing else on the market does the job it does. The problem is that the has at least two major design flaws (those engineering awards they brag about should be reconsidered): In using it as an extended cart (which is a must for hauling a drum set), the end handles can only stay upright (unfolded) and in position for use in pulling or pushing the cart by releasing them from their folding storage position by pressing down (or stepping on) a steel cable on the bottom of each handle. That cable is inaccessibly attached inside the handle and is vulnerable to becoming detached by that pressing or stepping action. Detaching that cable limits its ability to be folded and easily transported or stored. So FIRST, DON'T EVER STOMP on that cable to release the handles at either end. Just press (or step) on it firmly but without excessive force or thrust; just enough to release the handle and no more. I've caused two to detach and some friends who use these carts to move heavy audio equipment have also broken two of them the same way. Extra hands helping to open or close the cart may jeopardize its life unless they know what they are doing. A broken or detached cable is virtually irreparable except (I'm told; never had the time to fool with it) after extensive delays for replacement parts plus difficulties reinstalling the cables. If only one cable is disabled you can leave the corresponding handle in an upright position and collapse the other one, and simply break your back maneuvering it in and out of your vehicle with the unfolded handle sticking straight up. Not exactly why you bought this, but...SECOND, while common sense dictates that you PUSH the loaded cart with the swivel wheels closest to you (think of yourself steering the rear of a hook and ladder), and that works perfectly, DO NOT EXERT MUCH PRESSURE PUSHING IT OVER A BUMP, THRESHOLD, ETC. When the handle is upright and you push on it, the force of the push is distributed throughout the length of the handle, which is resisted at its bottom by metal TABS that have now been added but which are thin and simply welded on. Those tabs can barely take the force necessary to move the rated 500 lb. load, and simply break off if stressed by resistance to the load, as when the cart encounters a threshold and requires an extra pushing thrust to overcome it. An earlier version of the cart had a sturdier solution but that design was abandoned for some reason (it exists on my first cart). Now, when all of the force is exerted from an extra strong push on those thin metal tabs it breaks them off the cart, which can no longer be maneuvered and thus becomes a stand for flower pots. I realized that vulnerability after I acquired the second cart after the cable broke on the first one, but, people being generally kind and helpful, someone rushed over to help me when I stalled my second cart on a threshold and before I could stop him pushed it too strongly, which broke both of those tabs (there's one on each side of each handle).Note that when you pull the cart instead of pushing it the bottom of the handle pushes against some nice thick structural steel and so even a good pulling tug should not hurt the cart or the handle. Unfortunately, when you pull that load it not only strains your back but you can't see where the hell you're going.Given that this is now my third cart, and this model has now been on the market for several years, I don't understand why those "award winning engineers" haven't solved these issues. My descriptions are of ordinary, everyday uses, not extraordinary applications The problems my friends have had are similar.Having said all this, do as I have. Buy it because when it works it is far better than anything on the market. But until they fix this (and if they do I may buy a fourth rather than risk this vulnerability) use it carefully, and regard it as inevitably disposable, although I use my original "pre-tab" cart unfolded permanently to move drums just from my studio to my vehicle and back, so its vehicle storage capability is no longer so important. Hope this was helpful, including to the company.

Absolutely Perfect
I have lots of gear to have to move for exhibits and this is the best thing I’ve ever used. Over 25 years I have used every kind of equipment mover you can find and this one is the best. I can pile it and strap the whole thing down and it works like a charm. It can be adjusted to fit the cargo. I would still use an upright dolly for moving appliances bit this thing is fabulous. It folds down to fit in the truck or trunk too. So easy!

Great cart, and the large front wheels make a ton of difference
EDIT 2/9/22: After using this cart with daily use for like 6 months I find it completely amazing. I used the cart in the fall for my kid's sports and lugging around water and coolers. Then in November and December I used it to move out of my apartment, where I had to go down a long hallway, out the doors then across a parking lot to a garage. Basically a quarter mile walking each way in and out. No issues at all and I KNOW I would not have been able to move as I did without this cart. I originally gave it 4 stars and I am keeping it at 4 stars still because of the handle that has too much play. I do not worry about the wheels as the cart rolls fine and the initial greasing I did upon assembly is doing well and I used it loaded down many times. (about to do maintenance on the cart)I read a pile of reviews before purchasing this and the big negatives are the wheels. Once I got the cart I realized that the people complaining may not have read the directions before assembling. The rear wheels use a wide plastic roller bearing built into the wheel, which isn't the greatest for longevity. However, they specifically tell you to lightly grease the wheel bearings and once you do, the wheels spin freely and act as if they have normal wheel bearings in them. It seems as those who are complaining may not have read their instructions or didn't do the periodic maintenance that the instructions tell you to do. The other highly ranked review claims the cart bends. Yeah, it is rated for 500 pounds, but that means evenly loaded. You need to place the heavier stuff near the wheels or place things evenly across the cart. Don't expect to spread it open and place a 500 pound weight in the middle. Doesn't work that way. I weigh 300 pounds and can stand on the cart and roll around without issue. Why 4 stars and not 5? Well other than the plastic built in bearings, the wheels are amazing. They are large and roll over grass easily with one or two hundred pounds on the cart. You cannot roll this on grass completely loaded down. Pavement and commercial thin type carpet is no issue with a ton of weight. The major downside and reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the handle tubing just flexes too much when the cart is loaded down. You start pushing and it feels like either the handle is going to bend or the tabs that hold it are going to bend. (I wish the handle was slightly beefier but the tabs that hold it need to be longer for better engagement as well. ) I may either buy or make a top shelf brace to use with it which would tie both handles together and should make it far more stable. If you have made it this far, just buy it. It folds down small enough to fit in my trunk with a cooler, cases of water, boxes of snacks, folding camp chairs, and a few other things. It holds a bunch of stuff and the tubing is small enough that bungee cords attach easily and hold stuff you put on it. It has no flat rubber wheels that roll easily and clean nicely as well. (plus the wheels lock so it will stay put on non flat surfaces)

Looking to be the best purchase ive made in a while.
Its shaping up to be a great cart, the build is sturdy, and its carries a good amount of weight. the wheels are bigger than i expected and thats a god thing, especially for the more outdoor or uneven surfaced terrain, it is a bit of a weight just in itself but then it is heavy duty and the stair climbers are great.

Fantastic trolley for entertainment use. Previously owned the R6 for 2 years which i sold to another dj and got the R12. Bigger than expected but still a fantastic quality product!

Sturdy
Sturdy and looks like they'll do the job. In practice, I wish the handle extended a bit more.
