Great Set!
We are very pleased with this set. The pot is heavy cast iron and provides even heat distribution. It has nice enamel inside and out with the blue colored pot. It comes with a decent recipe for basic cheese fondue. We make the fondue on our stove top and once it is done, place it on the stand for serving. The forks that are provided are also good quality.Note: it is important to "season" the pot before every use to ensure easy clean-up. instructions for seasoning are included.

Even prettier in person
This is a great product and no need to 2nd guess yourself. The Fondue pot is enameled cast iron. It distributes the heat evenly, is beautiful, long lasting and easy to clean. I wish I had gotten this years ago and works so much better for cheese fondue than an electric stainless steel pot.It even includes the recipe. It was very elegant on my table Christmas Eve and everyone loved the fondue.

Heat attenuation in the walls.
I lied it for its sturdiness, color and size. It's ideal for a group party.

Doesn’t stay hot
This is beautifully made, and an excellent pot, but no matter how hot we got it on the stove it cooled surprisingly fast. It would be better if it had a top to keep it warm, or could be used as a regular pot.

The fondue set came as was described in details of website.It has been a wonderful asset to have for dinner parties and everyone has commented on it how fantastic it looks. It has been easy to use and become a regular weekend fondue party!

Good Christmas gift!
I gave this to my husband for a Christmas gift last week. We have not used it yet, but it looks like a very sturdy and good fondue set, to replace our old, thin stainless steel set. Although the forks are all black, with no differentiation, they are made very well. My husband painted the tops so everyone will know which fork is theirs. Will write back after we actually use the set.
