Real talk- I have had gastric sleeve surgery and take semaglutide... so, the constipation has been real. I struggle pooping maybe twice a week- miserable!!!!! So I decided to try this (specifically because of the strain in these that has research with benefits for constipation, because science matters). After 2 weeks there was no change but since I paid for them I decided to finish my bottle. Then right in the last week of the bottle amazingly my poop was softer and I pooped 3 times that week. Hallelujah! Im now halfway through my 2nd bottle and pooping 3 to 4 times a week without difficulty. So... im gonna keep taking these for sure. They taste like a fruit gummy, i just take 2 every morning when I wake up.

These probiotics have a tasty flavor and are a softer gummy. The only con I have encountered at this point is there are supposed to be a total of 50 gummies in the bottle. Every bottle I have gone through (about 3), I end up with an odd number, which is why I am currently giving the product 4 stars. I am now keeping a daily count on the bottle to see if a true 50 count is being provided. I will update my review with what I find.
