I am upset! I just noticed that the item shipped to me reflects 21”It is not 23”..

Nice wash and perfect for jazzier styles of music
This is definitely a cymbal you will want to select in person, although if you are forced to purchase it online you will probably not be disappointed. The reason I am opening with this statement is the one I have weighs in at 2955 grams and I have come across others that have up to a 50 gram difference. Mine has beautiful over and undertones that have a lot of sustain.Note that this is a fairly low pitched cymbal. If you own any of the Armand-series cymbals this one will fit right in. It's also a good match for K and K Custom cymbals, either as a main ride or a far right one.The main thing I love about this cymbal is it's truly a crash/ride. It's also easy to control. In fact, from a control perspective it handles like a medium heavy 20" more than a very thin 23". Despite its size you can play it very softly, even in an all acoustic setting, so it's the perfect jazz cymbal. If you play a lot on your bell you may find the one on this particular model to be a bit anemic. Overall, it's not an especially loud cymbal for riding (but if you lay into it while crashing it will overwhelm!) Bottom line: if you are looking for a ping type cymbal this is NOT what you want. However, if you want something that fits jazz, blues, 50s/60s rock this is worth checking out - in person if possible.

Damaged and not new
Cymbal arrived damaged. When I looked in the box, it had a return package slip from another customer even though it was advertised as new. Buyer beware.

Damaged
It arrived scratched to edge and top despite being a 'new' cymbal. Shoddy from Amazon and from Zildjian for dealing with them. Do not buy cymbals from Amazon.
