Outset QC76 Quesadilla Basket, Metallic

It worked real well while camping. We used it over the campfire . Highly recommend!

I like that this basket is thinner than the expensive ones sold at gourmet shops, my quesadilla doesn't have to be as thick to stay in place. I also find this basket useful to roast Indian Papadam halves, as they remain flat in this basket and not curl every which way.The only thing I didn't like is the little wire spiral on the opposite end that sticks out a little bit, so you have to be careful with it.

Great looking product….Looks like it could work…But when actually using, opening and closing device, is almost impossible without pinching your fingers operating the, tight, metal fittings.DO NOT RECOMMEND.Using tin foil instead of this product is 100% better option.

It is very difficult to clean. The handle gets extremely hot, as well. I was really excited about this product, but I doubt I'll use it much.

I was expecting a cast iron quesadillas grill just like your description states, what I did get was what looks like a chrome plated basket, just like your picture of it looks like, Why would you call it a Cast Iron Quesadillas Grill, if its not that

Had to crimp the spring that holds the two pieces together so they weren't poking out. Overall works great

Poor construction. The "hinge" is a small spring, about half the size of the promo photo, threated on at an angle with sharp points protruding. The mesh is bent in two places. The handle is torqued. Worst of all, because of the construction, the two sides meet, not allowing room for any substantive filling in the quesadilla. I haven't used in, and don't plan to, but the wooden handle does not appear to be able to withstand grill heat.

Not too bad, but wish the mechanism to unlock and lock the basket was better. It’s difficult to slide the metal band around when the basket is super hot.

It does exactly what it says it does. The only problem was the wood handle has splintered in spots and didn't realize it until it gave me some wood slivers.

Basket opens wrong way so hard to balance your tortilla and fill it without the filling falling off. Not too happy
