I love these for me, the kids and my husband. We usually ramp up regular use during sick season but these are great year round. The flavor is a little tough, but worth it. My kids take one and within 30 minutes are asleep. These are all natural and seem to help boost the immune system as well. The sleep factor is key. I have used these for more than 5 years, and will keep using them forever.
