Consistently Shorts Out
It works fine until you move the cord the wrong way. Then, it is non-functional. The cord has to be disconnected and reconnected to work again. This happens often. Today, it happened three times. I would never purchase this again.This problem happened within a couple weeks of owning it. It has become more frequent.The cord is also thick and not very flexible. That was acceptable as long as it provided consistent, quality communication. It does not!

Headset won't stay on head in less I have my helmet on to hold it in place! I ride a 49cc Scooter!
