Be aware, they are not really what they seem. The slippers can be for many sizes of feet but they are just big with a bunch of fluff so that many sizes COULD seem to fit. Smaller feet and very large feet will have a problem with these. The instructions are very unclear and basic and i don't provide enough information about the slippers and the heating function and limitations.They come with the slippers, a wall plug that accepts a USB. This plug is meant to be used with one of the 2 provided cords that has a small control center for heat and time. the second cord seems to be intended to be used in a car or with a power bank on the go, with no time/heat control.When the slippers are plugged into the wall plug with the time/heat control cord, the wall plug and the top half of the cord became very hot. When I tried to pull the plug out of the wall it was almost too hot to touch. When plugged in with the time/heat control cord i attempted to change the settings but could only get the time to cycle and when ever i tried on the heat control button it either turned to high or turned both the time and heat off. There were no instructions for the time/heat control cord and you are just supposed to know that the lights on the time/heat buttons are represented by the colors next to them, which would be alright but the low setting was so dim i couldnt tell it was on and the heat would only turn on high (red) (one tap) or turn both off (second tap). this was confusing but i eventually figured out how to at least get them turned on.When on, the slippers took at least 20-30 minutes to get to a temperature that would be considered warm enough to warm my feet. Then, HERES THE KICKER, if you want to BE FREE as the product page suggests you have to unplug from the time/heat cord, and the heat, on high and 60 min, will only last maybe 15-20 minutes before they just become regular slippers again. If you want continuous heat you have to keep yourself plugged into the time/heat cord. This is do able but is extremely restricting, with the cord being 5' feet long.To me, the product page made it seem line these were plug in, set your settings and then unplug go about your business in your house . This doesnt seem to be the case as you would have to stay plugged in or continuously plug and unplug your slippers to keep them at a comfortable temp.This is what i experienced with these slippers after less than 24 hrs as the wall plug and time/heat cord no longer work on the second day. I dont know if one of them shorted, which i wouldn't be surprised by with how hot they get while plugged in, or if there was some other electrical issues, or maybe I just got unlucky and got a defective set.I did contact Amazon customer service and am working with them to rectify the situation.Pictures of the instruction manual and the time/heat cord with wall plug provided.

this product is one that you will need if you have wooden floors and you walk around without your shoes a lot then you need to get the warm house shoes the warm house shoes not only keep your feet warm but they're very comfortable the only setback with some very minor one is that you must stay in the same spot for them to warm but as they warm you can unplug them and move around the house or go outside and pick up the mail the newspaper as well as water your grass check the car or just take a walk outside they are very well made.great product my friends.

They are very big and hard to walk in. They are very warm. I thought they came with a chargeable warmer but you have to be plugged in to warm the feet. Once it is warm they stay for a little while. They do get very warm.

These shoes are thick and bulkie. Heats up ok but dose not last long.

Bought these for my husband, who has circulation and sensation problems to both feet. His feet are always like ice in the evenings, even in fleece lined slippers. These slippers get his feet warm and toasty, so that he has even turned them off! They are even warm to him without plugging them in if he puts them on earlier in the evening. Would definitely buy again.

I liked the slippers but I damaged the cord. I contacted them and they were very helpful and got me fixed up

These Winter Warm Shoes do indeed work. They keep my tootsies warm right to the very ends. In other words, not just warm in the middle but all over my feet. One strange anomaly is that the shoes get warmer using the car charger than with the house plug charger! Either way, they work great.
