Ok at best. If money is no object, go for it.
This is a neat looking mat and helps with centering your body, when using the mat lines to align yourself. However the claim that it is stickier and less slippery then other mats is very debatable. I find it incredibly slippery and as bad as the others on the market. The price is not worth what you get and if I had more time I would have returned the mat.Also, if you want padding, you should look elsewhere. This mat has the lowest amount of padding I've ever seen. I didn't take padding into consideration in the review since they never claimed to be well padded.The mat is made of material that lies nice and flat which is very nice. There is no end curl to deal with when unrolled.

This mat is so awesome, and there are YouTube videos to show you how to use it. I had a hard time understanding where to place my feet for triangle pose and warrior 1 & 2, but after the watching video it was so simple to understand. Great product would recommend to anyone.

Love this mat
Love this mat, but two small details: The red box is slippery due to the red dye, and someone new to yoga really needs to watch the videos to fully understand how to use it. I suggest they create a visual that can be sent with each mat as I keep forgetting the details and am not willing to log into the site just to see how to use one area properly! Great mat, though!

Very disappointment, returning mate
The mat is too small for me, and I followed the instructions on sizing, I am lying on the floor at times. The mat is slippery, the marked places even more. I looked for instructions on however to break the mate in, none. I tried to contact company, answering machine. Very disappointment, returning mat, a lot of money for a slippery mat that is too small. The idea is terrific, however the rest just does not work.

great beginner mat for those unfamiliar with poses
Printed areas are very slippery, I fixed the problem by roughing up the paint with sandpaper. I gave 3 stars because my form has improved significantly since using this mat, great beginner mat for those unfamiliar with poses.

I would definetely recommend this mat to anyone struggling with alignment issues
I didn't realize how much I was overstretching and that the pain in my shoulders from my downward dogs wasn't due to being out of shape but rather me trying to try to fill up a mat that was to large for me. I IMMEDIATELY felt the difference after my first Sun Salutation. I would definetely recommend this mat to anyone struggling with alignment issues!!

Awesome matt i love it
I love this mat it's perfect for my size. I like the hand and feet placements the lines are easy to see. It's got a good texture and cushion to the mat. Very happy with this purchase

Not like the original
I was disappointed with this yoga mat. My friend has one of the prototypes that was sold and that one is definitely higher quality and more sticky. This version I received is more slippery, heavier, and less soft. All around I wish I would have saved myself the money.
