I purchased this item along with the cleanser and let me tell you that I couldn't be happier that I stumble upon these two. I was skepticle at first because I have tried many other products (natural, organic, herbs, chemicals, waters, etc.....you name it, I have tried it), but this two items have worked for me. It definitively has a natural taste and feeling so I also feel good that I am not consuming something bad for my health. I am very pleased with this product so far, and I think I just became a recurring customer.

I had my gallbladder out a few years ago and the enzymes really helped with digestion. The fiber has kept me regular and helped with weight loss. Best colonoscopy I have ever had with zero polyps. 3 capsules every morning with 2 glasses of water.

I'm not too sure about this product. My doc told me to take metamucil so I thought I would try these instead. My body has been regular for quite some time and I seem to no longer be since trying these products. I thought psyllium was supposed to help everything flow better..

I've been taking this product for over a week with little result. I think the digestive enzymes might be doing something, but for constipation, this stuff is simply ineffectual. I upped my liquid consumption and took more than the recommended dosage - still nothing. I wanted a little more benefit than plain psyllium husk - I'm going back to the old reliable - Yerba Prima. It's been quite a while since I've made a bad supplement choice, but this was an unfortunate purchase. :-(

I purchased this product along with other similar products, I take all of them; I have a bad colon, which has gone into remission so I always look for the best products and this is one of them.

I really like these. They work very well but with no discomfort. I will for sure buy again.

While searching for digestive enzymes I found this. It has enzymes, fiber, and probiotics so ended up buying. Feeling less bloated and much more regular so far.

I received a notice that the product needs to be returned due to a problem in manufacturing. Especially difficult for me having an old fashioned cell phone with no internet features
