As good {Update: forget what I said}
I have a Resmed CPAP, full face. All I have so this is about that. This deal works just as well as the Paykel & Fisher 'harness' and a good deal less expensive. Why not? As for durability, I can't fairly comment since I haven't had it for a great deal of time, maybe 4-5 months, and it's a backup while the other is washed. Week on, week off.{Forget what I said. I recommended this, but I'm sorry for that. I used this product for a while but wrapped in some quickly devised wraps. Those covered up a funky head sweat smell. So I actually just bought another one of these, and I have a commercially made wrap (which I like but not going to name it). Now I realize what an inferior product it is after I gently hand washed the first stinky one, then dried it. The material layers had separated, i.e., is starting to fall apart. So I suppose you would never wash it(?). This product was to be a replacement for the more expensive Resmed version. But that headgear was just as cheap and was falling apart also! It did hold up a little longer through washing though.Looks like I will have to use this product as a pattern to make my own durable headgear, better material and construction. I'm quite unhappy.

Great fitting and large degree of adjust-ability
This headgear fit perfectly. The last one, a Resmed Medium for my medium full-face CPAP, was much too small for my 5 7/8 (baseball cap size) head. This one would fit a larger or a smaller head. Lots of adjustment available. The seal on my mask is now perfect; no noise or leaks. I now wonder how much sleep I lost because of a bad fitting mask. I highly recommend this headgear for any full-face mask!

Why Don't Companies Take Pride in Their Products Anymore?
This review echos the sentiments of a number of other reviewers...the strap is very, very, very cheaply made. I have a strap that's about 5 years old, and the difference between the two is night and day. The material on the new one is very thin, and the Velcro adjustments are maybe 1/4 the size of the ones on the older strap. This thing is made to fail, not made to last. I don't expect to get more than a month or two of use before I'm forced to change it. It's obvious the company has followed the path of many other companies - damn the consumer, we're in it for the money!

Cheaply Made . Curling Already
The kind of headgear you get from China for a few bucks .Horrible . After a short wild the strap is already curling every which way.Defintely do not buy.Look somewhere else !

Complete waste of money and NO SLEEP 🤬
This product is highly overpriced junk. I struggle to sleep comfortably with my CPAP, and in search of that comfort I tried this. All it does is slide back around my neck and pulls the mask down. It also loosens when it is properly on my head (albiet briefly). This is a total waste of 3 nights (no sleep) and many dollars I could have used to purchase a quality product.

Cheap product
narrow straps that started curling after a couple weeks usage, top strap wouldn't stay over my head strap had to be pulled very hard to stop leaks witch required me to pull the strap clear to the back of my head. The strap caused me headaches and lost sleep

Save your money.
This strap is the worst! Poorly manufactured, actually loses shape in one month (???How???). The strap will rip after normal use!It appears someone ripped off the design to “rip off” the consumer with a very cheap imitation.You get what you pay for… poor manufacturing.
