This supplement does what it is supposed to do.

I don't have celiac disease, but I am sensitive to gluten and dairy products. This product does enable me to be a little less restrictive about dining out. I don't intentionally order regular pasta or eat the bread, but gluten can be hiding in meat marinades and condiments, etc. I only fully trust meals I prepare myself at home. As for helping with dairy consumption, I have taken it and gotten by with having a restaurant shake without my usual stomach upset. I can't rate it a five-star product, though, because it hasn't worked for me every time. Just being able to eat somewhat normally every now and then makes it worthwhile to me. I don't think a person with celiac disease should even consider using this product or a similar one and trying to eat gluten. Celiac disease is far different from a food sensitivity.

My girlfriend is gluten intolerant and we heard about these pills a few months ago, and finally were able to try them. She has had no issues with gluten when she has used the pills, including trying deep dish pizza for the first time in years. Would definitely recommend trying a very light gluten meal the first time since everyone reacts differently, but overall highly recommend these for gluten intolerant people who want to be able to expand their menu a bit.

I have a gluten sensitivity, and taking these before or right after I eat something with gluten, my body instantly starts to feel better. Generally, I can’t digest wheat/whole grains properly, and so the bathroom experience is not fun. However, these can make a messy experience go smoothly and cleanly. (Tmi but good to know). I wish they were smaller, but I am also not a fan of pills so I may be biased there. I strongly recommend purchasing these if you are having bathroom issues or an upset stomach or dry mouth after eating gluten or dairy; they really help you feel better, even if you didn’t know you felt bad!

I’ve been on a dietary restriction of some sort for over a year & it’s been that long since I’ve eaten pizza (which is my favorite food). I ordered this at the advice of my niece and it worked wonders. I had no discomfort from the gluten or dairy (or the medicine). I’m very happy to not have to be so picky when we go out to eat.
