Convenient while it works; still not worth the money
I bought this in mid-2020, not knowing that there was a window of 2 years for support. It stopped working after being charged less than 3 months after the support window closed. It was convenient to have for a while, despite its flaws, but its short lifespan completely voids any usefulness. Some of the main complaints:The suction only has any power as long as you hold it just right. The little flap inside doesn't always hold in what is being sucked up, and loses efficiency fast. While designed to not let wetness into the motor housing, it can't really handle anything wet.For stairs it needs everything to be 100% level or it can't reach, even with the corner attachment. It is lightweight for a vacuum, but still too heavy for my partner to hold for more than a few minutes at a time.

Nice little hoover
We use this for hoovering in the car and after throwing flour around during baking. Generally a good little hoover, medium-powered, and with a nice attachment for getting into nooks and crannies. Would be improved if it had a wider attachment for doing stairs etc.Very easy to take apart to empty and clean, easy to charge, and the battery lasts a reasonable amount of time. Recommended.

Makes life easier when kids make mess
That was my late present for my wife for Valentine's day. Not romantic at all, very rational and functional choice. Her choice) This is the 3d handheld vacuum cleaner we've had and so far no complaints about it.Powerful device, in use daily and as our big hoover is very heavy and is not convenient to clean up every day mess. By every day mess I mean biscuits and other leftovers that end up everywhere: on the floor, on furniture, surfaces, etc. Kids manage to look the house like chaos again 10 mins after the proper cleaning finished...Quite impressed with the vacuum's battery life, it lasts days, which is surprising. I compare with our two previous. Our first handheld vacuum was bought from supermarket for 14 pounds and battery life was just nothing... with the amount of mess kids make every day, we needed to charge it at least twice daily. Suction was poor as well. Utter rubbish, thrown away. Second one my wife got on amz and was quite happy about it, however, I used it once to clean up when the kid threw up, which not only made my wife furious, but after that, no matter how we cleaned the vacuum, it was unpleasantly smelling after switching on all the time... Awful. It was making my wife feeling sick and angry with me. That was the main reason for buying this handheld vacuum as a present.Lesson learned. Although, our new device has wet cleaning option, I wouldn't risk cleaning anything smelly and sticky anymore. I've chosen 7KPa, and the suction is just really, really good. Saves time and nerves. Has 3 attachments, however, I always use just one. I wish it actually had one universal, as, from our experience, all spare attachments eventually get lost if there is no space to keep them inside the vacuum. I don't see having many attachments as a plus for this kind of device, really...This device is a bit on a expensive side, however, so far I'd say was worth it (two thrown was altogether cheaper than this one). I hope for the price paid it'll last years. The main thing is that it makes our lives easier and my wife is not angry with me any more.

Excellent little Cleaner Improved by slight modification
I liked everything about this vacuum cleaner. I was thinking of buying a well known advertised 'three letter' named cleaner to use as well as the main corded vacuum cleaner. We have a conservatory which gets lots of dead flies and other insects on hot days. They are difficult to clean up Especially some bees that unfortunately wandered in an died in the heat - they tended to get well and truly stuck in the filter The big vacuum cleaner is too bulky and the dust pan and brush well, you end up with bits of dead insects which you have to then carefully tip into the dustbin. So I bought this little cleaner at a tenth of the price of the cordless one advertised on TV..It is pretty near perfect. However ti took longer to clean out the filter every time I used it than doing the vacuuming. Now this is because it is so efficient it pick up every bit of dust and dead insects. Perfect, but have yo uever tried to un bung a Hepas filter full of dead insect debris..?So I thought for a while and came up with a cut down pop sock. It may reduce the suction slight, and it doesn't seem to cause any over heating of the vacuum cleaner although I guess it may invalidate the warranty. The pop sock needs to be fitted such that it covers all the filter particularly at the base. As you can see from the images. Don't tell the lady of the house, but a lot of this in the pictures was from the crevices between riser and step on the stair carpet where the bigger vacuum cleaner with a bigger head couldn't extract dirt and dust as deeply as this little devil..So all in all an EXCELLENT product. Especially with my modification..
