Been taking it for 1 week, I guess I haven't find the right way to take it and blow my hunger away, somedays one teaspoon at 8am and a latter coffee keeps me on track but still bit hungry until 2pm, but: without the desperation of food and blood sugar presure down, just a wish of eating a small meal no matter sweet or salt, somedays I take it at 2pm and does nothing, and at 7pm eitherway... nothing, sometimes it does curb my sugar cravings at night but that will be all, maybe I have to upsize my intake... don't know... I'll keep trying.. or maybe my body has to get use to it and obey caralluma in time...Update: it doesn't do anything and I was being paranoid and suggestive... tastes so strongly wrong to be a drink.. wasted 20 dlls!!

No issues with this stuff. Use it with hydrolyzed collagen and you will have to force yourself to eat a meal. Great weight loss/diet supplement.

Although warned in the item description, the rumbling stomach and gas is very bad. I only started out with 1/2 tsp once a day. The flavor is not great but can be disguised in a green smoothie. As for the appetite suppressant effect? Not sure I'd say yes.

Pretty good healthy stuff. Impressed. just a bit in morning and late afternoon keeps you on track either with healthy change in diet or fasting. good stuff.

Tastes horrible even when diluted into teas. Very strong medicine like taste, so it’s hard to get down. Works well hard to drink

Would not have purchased if I knew its label said, "can expose you to chemicals including lead..." Also was not sealed properly at factory because large amount of powder had leaked and was inside shrink wrap.

I dont know if it works cuz the taste is just unbearable

I can’t get past the taste of this. Tried to put it in smoothies with different flavors. Nothing covered the taste so I couldn’t even try it.
