I am very impressed with the Powersmith generator.
Arrived on the correct day. It took all of about 15 minutes to get to the part of pulling the start cord. I was slow and cautious too. Its all intuitive for people mechanically inclined. It started on about the 3rd pull. Made the necessary choke/idle switch adjustments after start. This is not as quiet as a Honda 2000(not a whole lot more noisy) but I can live with that. I would say it is more quiet than a lawn mower, at least my Honda lawn mower. Plugged my 18v battery and charger in and charged it. Did not stress it and it did function correctly. The display increments thru amps, volts, watts, and runtime in hours. Stopped it to test restart, it restarted in about 4 pulls. Don't know if to choke it or what on a warm restart. If the Honda were rated at 100 this would be 99.9. The low price is the icing on the cake. Have never owned a generator before but my son in law has the Honda 2200 that I compared this to.

Quiet and Light Weight
Quieter than expected . Light weight to carry but even has wheels and a handle . Quick start with just a couple pulls . Looked at some other brands , originally looking for one with a 30 amp RV plug in but not too many to choose from in the smaller sized generators. Decided to just use a 20 amp adapter, which gave more options and went with the Powersmith PGA 2200i invertor generator. Primary use is for my truck camper. One extension cord from the generator plugged into the camper's 30 amp main electrical cord by using a 20 amp step down adapter. Giving power through the convertor for the smoke / CO2 detector , overhead lights and the 120 v electrical outlets in the camper that powered at the same time a fan , mini fridge , microwave and a tv. Operates only 5 - 6 hours before the small 1 gallon fuel tank ran dry . All in all , still a good choice. Side panel screws (5) have to be unscrewed to check / add oil. Would have liked to seen some type of quick release clamps instead of screws, for easier access.

Couldn’t be more pleased. Quick shipping; ordered it on Thursday morning n was at my door Friday afternoon.Started right up and then took it on 4 day camping trip. Friends were amazed how quite it was... not as loud as your lawnmower!I would recommend it to anyone!

can't say bad about this thing yet, 4-day im still using it. I use it for my laptop, and it only uses 75 watts. gas is still full,although I would have appreciated if the amazon driver wouldn't have dump it because I heard it hit the ground outside my door. it was a loud THUMP!. no wonder they ask for a warranty. other then that, the powersmith is fine.

Clean burning and quiet. Have not used it in a full load. Just got it ready for hurricane season. Only tested it so far.
