Easy to clean. seals good, not too crazy about the valve set up could be better but over all liked it.

Overall, this is a pretty good value. I can't for the life of me figure out why they don't have a decent ball valve, though. The ball valve assembly provided with this is ridiculous. The threaded fitting is excessively long on both sides of the valve, so the valve sticks out from the body of the fermenter nearly 5 inches. You also have to assemble it (almost certainly because it's so long that it would be really awkward to package the fermenter. Because the valve sticks out so far, you have to carefully hold the entire assembly with one hand in order to open the valve without twisting it horizontally against the body. It's only a matter of time before this will start to leak where the valve stem meets the body. It's also a bit odd that the barbed end is straight. Most homebrewers are going to put the fermenter on a counter or table so that the fermenter is higher than the top of the bottles or kegs when bottling. Other than this major flaw, the design and construction of the fermenter itself is pretty good. I'm not sure whether I'll return the fermenter or just spend more money to buy a proper ball valve.

Love this thing! Good size, sealed up nice, easy to clean. Probably going to get another!

Decent quality intro to stainless fermenter for homebrewing. I only wish they would have rolled under the hole for the airlock because it cuts into the stopper. It’s a cut circle and I’m sure I’ll go through lots of stoppers over the lifetime of this product.
