届くのに少し時間が掛かりましたが、遅くなる連絡も頂いてたので安心して待っていられました。届いて2日服用しましたが、すぐに変化がありました。待った以上の値うちのある商品です。

I believe the product is excellent but there is a problem. The label says keep refrigerated. The problem is that the product was sent in a paper envelope and arrived hot. Is it still good to use or has the heat killed off the good bacteria? I don't know. I took a capsule of it and am hoping that it will restore good bacteria. I don't think I will order it from Amazon again. I will order through my local health food store.

Does exactly what it suppose to. I’ve been taking this on and off since I was a child and it’s just an amazing product. It can be taken on an empty stomach and it works well with other pre and probiotics.

No surprises from using them for several years now and they seem to give the proper adjustments to my diet.
