Nice, strong and useful
These turned out to be very useful especially for doing upper back exercises for fixing posture. Only managed to use the lightest one (yellow) so far. The material is of good quality rubber and really strong.

Nice resistance band i recieved it 8 hrs ago its good i can't even do a single pull up but after 8 hrs only i am able to do first pull up without band its too good quality packaging was good it came in bubble wrap with a thick manual but 1 things I don't like is its price is a bit high no matter its too good quality but i think they should place its cost around 500 rs
