this is true derma roller with sharp needles.

I have used many derma roller over last two years. This one I found the best among all for hair fall control. This one is having less needles which gives it advantage over others.Other rollers offer around 500 needles which are weak they may get bend after few application and because of large no of needles hair gets struck most of the time.But in DNS one it has very free movement and won't break the hair plus the needles are very strong and they don't get bend even after continuously using for 2-3 months. So if you are looking for your scalp do try this you will feel the difference. The only reason for 1 star deduction is that the seller is taking ₹50 delivery charge even from prime customer and after increasing cart value too.

Its having real needles, not the triangular types that damage skin.

This Product is good but Amazon has still not delivered it.

I would recommend to buy a one that has case to keep the roller inside without exposing to dust. Other than I find everything is fine
