Embrilliance StitchArtist Level 1, Digitizing Embroidery Software for Mac & PC

I started embroidery last year and decided this year to start digitizing to have more freedom in my designs. However seeing the prices of other digitizing software made me nervous, to spend over $1000 on something I didn't know if I would be good at seemed like a big risk of an onvestment. This company allows you to purchase individual components you can add on to their software so you don't have to buy it all at once which I love! It was easy to install and I really like that my husband and I were able to put it on all 4 of our computers without having to purchase it again.Embrilliance themselves as well as some other creators have made several tutorial videos as well making it even easier and less overwhelming to get started in my digitizing journey! There's so many different tools to use and works well on my Windows and Mac. Great value overall!

so, i haven't actually embroidered anything from my digitizing yet, because my machine is in for maintenance, but as far as actually using the software and creating my designs, this is great!!!! i will most likely be upgrading at some point because of how useful the basic program is so far. and the ability to use on multiple computers is fantastic, because i can play with it at work as well as at home.hopefully the patterns will stitch out nicely, but i think if they don't, it will most likely be user error, not program error. (i struggle with reading instructions...it's my own fault at that point...)

Great software for beginners, but you'll want the next levels eventually.

I want to give this a fair review so I will say that I don't come from a sewing background. So I can't say for sure if my expectations were realistic. First, the files that I saved using this software had no problems transferring to my Brother S600 Sewing Machine. The needles repeatedly broke during the embroidery process. This could be due to my lack of knowledge of stitching terms or not layering design correctly. I had not embroidered a successful design yet. If I were more experienced maybe.
