I have small tailor bunions on both feet and I have two pairs of shoes that are medium width, but slightly narrower, so they irritated the sides of my foot. I adore both pairs of shoes, so I bought these pads to wear as a possible fix. Well they worked perfectly! I wore both pairs of shoes comfortably, without any irritation and the pads stayed in place. I should note I wore them under socks, but I'm sure they'd work just as well without socks. Give them a try! They are a great value too because you get multiple sets, not just one.

This is a wonderful product. I was in so much pain from a bunion on the side of my foot I couldn't walk. I tried all kinds of stuff to relieve the pain nothing worked. I seen these on Amazon and thought I'd give them a try. The first time I used it I felt relief was able to put pressure on my foot. That was a week ago and all the swelling and inflammation is gone still a little tender but that is to be expected. Definitely will buy more

Purchased these for a painful taylor's bunion. I work in a shop and have to have steel toed shoes which really seemed to aggravate the issue. These are just cheap rubber/latex pads that won't stay in place without tape or adhesives. In tight shoes they'll add pressure to your bunion and likely make it hurt even more. I used one, for a couple hours, and threw the rest away. Other comments mention adhesive backed moleskin pads you can buy at the drug store - stick with those (see what I did there?) and you'll be miles ahead.

I imagine these would work for some people but they didn’t work for me in fact it caused more pain. They are extremely soft and I really thought it would be comfortable but adding the extra bulk in my shoe with my already huge tailor bunion below my pinky toe. These are very soft. I think they are worth trying, just didn’t work for me. Surgery on Aug 28.

A little too thin and a little too long for me. (Size 9, women's). They definitely help, but could be a better product. They require me to wrap athletic tape around my foot to hold it in place. Tight socks just don't hold it in place as suggested by instructions. So, it reuires additional product to work properly.

Kills my foot to use this & unless you tape it down, it slides when you try to put a sock on.
