Works really well and is easy to use. Stops every leak I've ever used it on. Will be buying again when needed.

I used this for a cracked shower pan so we could use the shower until we replace it. Seems to be holding up well. I used a cardboard box and tape to treat the area that was cracked. The crack had initially been patched with grey epoxy by the previous owner of the house. It was unsightly but the Flex Seal gave it a nice clean look. You need lots of ventilation when using. The flumes are strong.

We live in an older manufactured home. Needless to say the builing materials aren't always the best. Case in point the window sills were made from what appears to be a compressed paper product. Ovrr the years this gets wet again and again which eventually leads to it swelling and falling apart. Do here's what I did. Cleaned the sills with a vacuum and some straight full strength awesome. I took out the high spots cleaned it again then sprayed it with multiple coats of white flex seal. Amazing stuff. This was the 1st time I have used this product. It not only covered the area well but it filled all the cracks in the old paint covered and filled in the divots I made leveling the high spots. It almost looks brand new. The only downside I have found is the fumes. If you decide to try this product please follow the directions specifically when it comes to ventilation.

My brother told me about this and how to reduce heat inside of the camper from the skylights. Tape at the lower part of the skylight (about 1") and then spray the top and hold down edge to create a barrier to reduce the amount of heat but yet still get a descent amount of light.Definitely reduced the amount of HEAT!
