I shopped for a cd player that fit on my living room wall in a very small space and didn't protrude more than 3 inches. This was the only item I found to fit the bill. It is a good looking unit but don't expect exceptional sound from the speakers as in much more expensive stereo's. However the sound is good and I'm very satisfied with it. Also worth noting it has a holder for the remote which makes it so convenient. I'm happy with my purchase.

Just purchased and was using it for the first time. BIG disappointment Am returning this unit first thing Monday morning. After opening the CD cover and inserting a CD the cover would not shut and I could not play a CD. LOW volume...very LOW volume. I had to stand by the speaker to hear any sound. NO HIGH volume at all Could not hear anything once I stepped away from the speaker. Nice unit but not worth purchasing.

This is like the Boomboxes that I bought years ago but the updated version. Went to sleep last night with the radio and woke up this morning with the alarm. I can’t wait to hook up my phone so I can play my music.

I bought this to hook up to my phone to have a louder alarm clock as I am a very heavy sleeper but was very disappointed. The sound quality and loudness is worse than a set of basic computer speakers and automatically shuts off after a period of time right out of the box which meant, unbeknownst to me, it turned off before my alarms could go off in the morning.As for the good, the product does look exceptionally nice and is small enough to fit just about anywhere, including on the wall. The ability to turn on and off the backlight and that it had an aesthetically pleasing remote are also redeeming characteristics for this player. I feel it is much more suitable for listening to podcasts or other talk radio that don't need a lot of volume and would be a great buy if you fit such a category.

First of all, most of the alarm clock functionality happens through the remote control. Secondly, the battery in the remote control lasts about 3 weeks. Lastly, the battery is not easy to replace. I was awoken by my alarm clock, only to find that I could not turn it off. I had to unplug it.Total waste of money.

the sound quality is okay, as far as it goes - I wasn't expecting much, and wasn't disappointed. However, I've yet to find a CD (the reason I bought it) that it will play without skipping. AND I've yet to find an off button on the thing - have to unplug it.

No actual USB menu, poor sound quality, other remotes in the house mess with it.

Better than I expected...I love this cd player. You guys will love it.

After 7 months of usage, the boom box did not recover from a power outage. The description on Amazon when I bot it claimed a 1yr warranty, however the seller, Urbaninspirations, was not able to give me any contact info for the warranty. There was no warranty card included w/ purchase and the product search ( by mfg name) on google only brings up the original Amazon ad. So I will no longer purchase from this vendor and will likely think twice before purchasing from third party on Amazon for any item that is a significant amt of money.

Good little unit, good sound, right size for a kitchen wall.
