ThinOpticsRectangular Reading Glasses

These well-made glasses and case have eliminated the frustration of always having to resort to less than elegant ways to carry reading glasses with me. Typical glasses are too bulky for pockets and inevitably get scratched up from whatever else gets tossed in there. Using one of the temples to hang the glasses on a pocket or shirt collar might work short-term but I always forget they're there after a while and often end up taking them places I wish I didn't (like in a car with the shoulder belt pinching them against me). Taking them out of pockets or from hanging on a shirt also often enough involves the hinges getting tangled up in fabric threads. First world problems? Sure. But it would be good if, instead of having several pairs of reading glasses strategically placed where I'll need them to avoid the portability problem, I can own one pair and safely, conveniently carry them wherever, even backpacking. This pair is that one pair I need. Plus, the optical quality is quite good, no distortion near the periphery, and they don't seem to get scratched. The case fits them like a glove and I hardly notice it's there in my pocket, it's so thin. Probably bombproof, but I haven't run that test yet. The pin for the hinge is a little loose and can start slipping out, but that hasn't created a real problem yet. Last thing, they rest very light on the nose, so no marks means they get the highest marks.

These very thin and stylish reader glasses are light weight and packaged in the most slim case. You can carry them in a small purse, wristlet, pants/ shirt pocket. Never leave home without them. I also have the key chain version, but I don't always drive my car ( leave the key chain behind), so this version will go with me everywhere.

Every time I use these and someone sees them I get asked about them. They are great and easy to carry. They fit into pockets and easy to carry. Because the case is aluminum they will set off metal detectors, lesson learned. The only thing is, it is sometimes hard to get them out of the case because of them being so thin and grabbing the sides to open them. I always feel like I am about to break them, however they are sturdy. I enjoy these much more than my other readers that I carry.

As in the title, basically the 2nd time I put them on and then put them in the case- which has an instructive insert to help. It’s just a perfect fit face down on the velvet side instead of face up or you will have a hard time trying to make them fit.It is a quick smooth action and satisfying feeling to lay them down face forward because they fit instantly and then case easily snaps down securely into the flat metal cool case. There must be some sort of small bar that is missing from the hinge? It easily opened but, it separated into two pieces right away which it seems happened to others. I guess I have to try to call the company?. I like the cool look of the blue circular lens but note that the bridge over nose slightly bows out I noticed- my face must be wide? They feel so delicate because they are so light. I do wish they had progressive versions for reading close and desktop computer distance. I have an iPhone 13 max pro in an apple leather case and found an otter box magsafe wallet type add on that folds around the front and back and is the best way to protect phone screen and leather case. It has openings along inside towards the top and is a perfect fit to keep the glasses case! I also added a pop sockets MagSafe holder in black which I was skeptical about but it is a very strong magnet so I can easily hold it all safely. All together quite an expensive venture but I can use the glasses and always have them without adding adhesive to anything.

Super flat and very lightweight, they fit perfectly in a small purse are perfectly flat, and fit wonderfully in the case and on your face. I would highly recommend this item. They did seem pricey to me but totally worth the cost.

I missed the window to send them back. They do what is described but are flimsy and easy to be broken. 100% convenient, thin, easy to carry but only worth a fraction of the cost s as they are for just in case moments only.

UPDATE - 8 MONTHS LATER - I still love them! No problems. am very careful with them and use them for hours a day. Still a 5 star from me.I purchased these glasses about a month ago and I love them. They are stylish and feather-lite. I barely feel them on my face. When folded in their ultra thin case they fit perfectly in my breast pocket of my work coat. I can't stand a bunch of clunky stuff in my pockets, so this was perfect. They are compact and fit just about anywhere. The lenses are very clear, and much better than the cheap readers I was purchasing from the Dollar store and Walmart that had a bit of cloudiness to the lenses. These glasses are high-tech in their construction. They are made from very light weight materials. I wouldn't recommend them for someone who is rough on their stuff. They are delicate and require someone to not abuse them. I am easy on things and I use them multiple times per day. I highly recommend them.

I attached the case to the back of my phone, so the glasses are available all the time, especially at restaurants & at the store if I need to read a label. The case is very thin so it doesn't add that much bulk to my phone. The glasses are thin, but seem very durable. They are a little pricey, but worth it

Sin duda los recomiendo. Muy cómodos de llevar en la bolsa del pantalón y facilita la lectura bastante. Mi única advertencia es que por su delgadez es fácil no verlos y si te sientas en ellos es muy probable que rompas una pata. Van dos que rompo y estoy en mi tercer par.

Hasta el momento todo me gustó

Son lo mejor para tener a la mano y poder ver esas letras pequeñas, o hacer esa tarea. No son para usarlos mucho tiempo pues no son tan cómodos. Pero para traerlos siempre con uno son la mejor opción.
