I like the thin nature of this case. The battery is sufficient, albeit, you would need a few of these to get through the day if you are a heavy phone user. I had to recently take a solid look of my phone usage and determine whether my “light to mid” phone use was really accurate. It wasn’t. I’m a solid medium-high phone user. Use on the train to work, navigation to destinations, my music in the car gym and anywhere, reading my books, my smart home, etc. So being “real” is important. The 4000mAh battery could be bumped up a few notches given that each generation of smart devices ratchets up the power drain exponentially.Now, the fatal flaw: the magnetic top that goes pop. It pops off/out all the time. So, the “pop top” battery case isn’t that protective because the phone isn’t secure if you drop it. I’ve already had both of the included “pop tops” fly off- in both of these that I’ve purchased. So I can’t use them any longer. That was a waste! So, at the end of the day, if you don’t expect to drop your phone, and are not looking for a case to protect the phone, then I recommend this case. However, if a case that functions as phone case and, also, happens to kill two birds with one stone and also be a battery (2-in-1 and probably the reason the idea of a battery case is a practical and novel idea) this is not that case. Keep searching.

This case was an great idea gone bad. It’s nice and easy to use, when it works. I could not get the device to consistently charge my device and I could not get any resolution from the sellers. The case is a hard, providing great protection. The top of the case disassembles allowing you to slide the phone into place with ease. At the bottom of the case, is a charging jack that fits into the charging port of the phone. I would plug in the case using Apple branded cables as well as third party cables, not of which would worked to charge the phone. Funny thing is, the case charges with no issue, but it would not power my device when connected. It worked for a few short weeks and then nothing but a charged case. What good is the case, if the device isnt getting the power the case provides. Waste of money.

I have been looking into buying a battery case for awhile and finally gave in. I use my phone a lot throughout the day and finding a way to charge it was always in the back of my mind and now I have a peace of mind with this case. Absolutely love it. No need to carry power bank around, no need for a car charger, and no need more multiple charging stations throughout the house and office. It charges the phone fully with some juice still left, and it charges the phone way faster than a power cord. The case is also easy to apply, well made and sturdy, provides good grip. My phone fell off the stroller with 0 damage and the top part of the case didn’t even come off. Of course, as expected, it is heavier than regular case, just takes some time to get used to.

I sent mine back right away. It would not connect to my phone to charge it and it wasn’t as skinny as it shows in the pictures. It’s thick.

For the price of this case you are getting a whole lot!The case is not that bulky compared to other extended battery cases I have seen, it actually make the phone feel easier to handle. The battery itself charges my complete phone when dead and then some after. The best part is that you can charge this case with your existing iphone charge cable. My last case I had, required a different cable. It does work with magnet docks. I have dropped my phone a few times and the case protected the phone good. The only thing I would recommend is to buy a glass front cover to go with it.I give this battery case 2 thumbs up. I liked it so much that I bought another for my wife.

If anyone needs extra battery life for their iPhone, this is a great purchase. I attend a lot of conferences and travel half of the month, so having additional battery power that fits in a backpack and is easy to fit into the phone, you will appreciate this battery case. Sleek, normalized weight and long long long life!

The features work as described but the locking mechanism doesn’t lock completely with device in.
