Listed as 4k @ 60hz, manual states 4k @ 30hz, 1920x1080 at 60hz.PS4 Pro and my UHD player will not show up because of it.

The only reason I bought this one vs any of the others is that this one advertised 4k resolution at 60hz. The instructions that came with it say it can only do 4k at 30hz. They are misleading customers. Very dishonest. Will be returning this immediately.

I was going to use this product for my PS4 and Xbox One X. It says on the title that it supports “4K 60Hz” but it supports “4K at 30Hz” which is VERY misleading to some of you guys that want it at 60 hz. Don’t buy this product honestly. All of it is misleading!

Well made and great quality for a HDMI switch. I don’t need to unplug and switch cables for different sources. Remote control make this even easier to switch channels.

I purchased this HDMI switch to use with my Nintendo Switch, Wii U, and Sony PlayStation 4 on my television. I purchased the Techole model because it has a remote control and, honestly, we can be pretty lazy. It comes in a brown box with a sufficient label and includes the switch, the remote with batteries (pull out the plastic tab to allow the batteries to contact), and a way-too-short USB power cable. That's the only drawback I found with this product: the power cable is way too short. Most of my devices have USB ports, so it would be possible to plug it into one of those but I didn't have any available. I didn't subtract a star because it won't be a problem for everyone, and I had a long cable to spare that worked fine (a PS4 controller charger cable). The switch was easy to set up, you just plug 1 to 3 HDMI input sources in one side and the HDMI output cable to the TV or monitor in on the other side, then plug in the power cable. A light will illuminate 1, 2, or 3 on the top of the switch to indicate which one is active. When I powered on my PlayStation 4 on port 1, the switch swapped from port 3 to port 1 automatically, so it works with HDMI link perfectly, which I was surprised to see. I was also glad that my 4k PS4 worked with the switch. The remote simply has 3 buttons for choosing the port and is responsive.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of this Techole HDMI switch and highly recommend it to anyone who needs more HDMI input ports. 5/5 stars

It will automatically force your firestick to the lowest resolution and only show the top left 1/4 of the entire display, absolute junk, don't waste your money

Great product. Purchased to use with an older tv that only had one hdmi connection. This device allowed me to hook up to 3 devices using hdmi connections. I am so happy to not have to reach behind my tv every time I want to use the roku, DVD player, or my kids video game system.

Hooked up to a Vizio VX37L HDTV10A. The switch was plugged into HDMI 2 on the back of the TV, as soon as the cable was connected to the switch and HDMI 2, HDMI 1 would not work when selected from the TV, until the HDMI switch was removed from the TV HDMI 2. The switch would function switching inputs when connected to HDMI 2 on the TV. But HDMI 1 would not function. This is an older TV but that is the whole point of buying the HDMI switch is to have more HDMI inputs !! I tried also connecting DC power into the switch to see if that made a difference still had the same problem. I have a Vizio TV in the living room with multiple HDMI inputs on it, the HDMI switch would function on the newer TV but I don’t really need it there.
