OMG!!!!!! This is an awesome piece of work!!!!! Where to begin? First, each foot comes with a rubber tip. Second, each screw on each bracket has a plastic tip. Third, there is a “hot to touch” or caution warning on each glass panel. They really thought of everything for this table top glass flame guard. Hands down the best flame guard I have purchased. Thank you Celestial Fire Glass!!!!! Thickness is appropriate. Extremely sturdy. Easy to assemble. Function well!!!!!! I had purchased a wind guard from another manufacturer and it did not have any protection on the feet. Therefore, the scratches you see are “not” from the Celestial Fire Glass flame guard. Also, there were no missing parts. Excellent custom product!!!!! The only thing that could be added is a tool to screw everything in , but it is not necessary.

I had reservations about ordering a custom size from Amazon, but given that our fire pit / table apparently has unique proportions and shattering the original windscreen, I took a gamble here as it was by far the most affordable and fastest option. I’m completely satisfied. The new windscreen arrived in perfect condition, expertly and safely packaged, with the dimensions meeting specifications exactly, and looking great. Just as easy to assemble as the original I had. Note: The dimensions stated include the corner pieces/ feet, which add probably about an inch or so in total. For me, after measuring what I needed, I went with the closest option, rounding up. Recommend you do the same. Worked out perfectly. If I shatter this one next spring when de-winterizing, I’ll happily order another one.

We’ve had an amazing experience with this company. We were missing a few parts when our custom-sized wind guard arrived, and they shipped replacements right away. The custom size was spot on for our outdoor firepit and looked great. Then a major wind and rain storm hit and one of the panels shattered. I reached out through Amazon and they immediately offered to make a new panel for us at no cost. That’s real customer service. Don’t hesitate to buy from this seller — they stand behind their products.

We recently bought our first gas fire pit and it became immediately clear we needed a flame wind guard. We ended up going with the Celestial 23" x 6" model based on the glowing reviews of 85% five star and 10% four star - that's pretty high. This was the most expensive model compared to others but others also had too many instances of shattering glass so we opted to pay the extra $$ as I don't mind paying for high quality. The guard arrived in one day and it was very well packaged. The quality seems to be excellent and so far (only used once) it works very well. We decided to go with the 6" model as the 8" model seemed like it was going to be overkill in height and we're happy we went with the 6" as it works just fine for the level we run the flames at anyway. So, why four stars vs. five stars? Assembly. In the end, assembly was not all that hard but what threw me for a loop was that the connectors radius (we bought the round model) did not appear to line up correctly with glass radius - see photo example. As we assembled the glass panels together with the screws loose (as instructed), when we got to the last glass panel it would not fit at all! It seemed that the connector pieces were perhaps for a smaller diameter guard? In the end we forced them into the connectors and tightened down the screws "as tight as they will go" per instructions and the unit held together although I will say that it freaked me out a bit tightening down those screws at those off-angles as I kept expecting the glass to shatter. It is possible that these off-angles of the connector pieces is by design and made that was so the glass will hold together better and if that is the case then a simple warning with photo on the instructions would have gone a long way toward alleviating our concerns and bumped this review up to five stars. I'll report back with more use and any issues if they arise. I'm hoping the manufacturer will chime in about the mismatched radius concerns.

I recently ordered a custom wind guard glass for my firepit. Even after watching a u tube video, I measured incorrectly. The customer service team at Celestial fireglass was fabulous. The had me send a picture of the firepit with the measuring tape on it and told me what size to order. They even covered the price of the replacement glass panels. All I had to pay was the additional shipping. In this day and age, excellent and accommodating customer service is invaluable. PLEASE EMAIL THEM YOUR PICTURES BEFORE ORDERING. The hardware was also well made in contrast to another company on amazon which was defective. Celestial fireglass will be my go to company from now on!!! I appreciate you!!

This is a high quality wind screen. It was very easy to assemble. (Hint on assembly - The screws that they use are Phillips #3. If you don't have that size Phillips screwdriver you can also use a square drive to fasten the screws. A #2 screwdriver will wind up stripping the slots and you wont get a tight fit). This does a great job of keeping the fire from blowing around on windy days.

This fits my fit pit perfectly , was easy to assemble and looks good. It cuts the wind effect so there is constant heat from a steady flame.

Beautiful product, well made, delivered fast, excellent for wind, makes our little fire look so elegant only complaint is a little hard to get perfectly lined up. I have a little OCD so I like it to be perfect, when trying to tighten the screws in position, you go in circles trying to make it perfect😁🙃or perhaps I'm doing something wrong.... But love it just the same 👍😊

This item arrived from the US very quickly and arrived a week before it was as due. Customs fees and everything are included in the price, so their was no hassle my end.
